After undergoing major renovations, this home now offers 3 spacious levels of modern + original features and stylish furnishings. Set on a charming tree-lined street just off the esteemed Watertown Plank Road, it's truly the perfect home-away-from-home for anyone looking to enjoy all that this sought-after location has to offer.

The space:

This home was completely remodeled in 2017.

The front steps lead up to a private entrance with a keyless entry system for easy in/out access. Guests will be provided a unique code prior to check-in to use for the duration of their stay.

The light-filled family room has large windows, an inviting sectional sofa, blankets, and a flat screen Roku TV (includes cable TV; no DVR). In the entryway closet you will find board games, cards, and a backyard cornhole set.

Traveling with little ones? No problem! We also have a pack & play and a high-chair for your use. (Please kindly fold everything up and put away when checking out.)

The attached dining room seats 6 comfortably -- more if needed!

The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, gas range, microwave, toaster, and coffee makers (both Keurig and classic). The cabinets are stocked with plenty of table settings and the essentials needed to cook a great meal.

The main level also offers a half-bath for added convenience.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms:

-One bedroom has a set of twin beds, 1 large shared nightstand, a tall dresser, and a closet complete with hangers.

-Another bedroom has a queen beds, large dresser, 2 nightstands, and a walk-in closet complete with hangers.

-The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, a large dresser, nightstands, and a very sizable attached/private bath. This bath offers a beautiful walk-in shower and double-sink vanity. As you walk through the bathroom you find that it opens up to a huge walk-in closet complete with several walls of shelving and hanging space.

Also upstairs is an additional full bath complete with toilet, tub/shower combo, single-sink vanity, and hair dryer.

The partially finished basement offers a high-efficiency washer/dryer set that is completely free for you to use. The space also doubles as a home-office -- there a work desk and chair set up, as well as plenty of electrical outlets and private space to take phone calls, meetings, and more.

There is driveway parking for 2 small vehicles. There is NO overnight street parking.

Nice Weekend Getaway

We had a long weekend getaway with family and this house was perfect. It had great space for everyone to relax. It is close to American Family Field and the neighborhood is nice and quieet. This VRBO is very well maintained and furnished!

This is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to restaurants and shops. The house was really clean and well appointed. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, the fully fenced backyard, and all of the toys for the little ones! The host was responsive and accommodating as well. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

My husband & I greatly enjoyed staying at this property for a weekend. The house was tastefully decorated and stocked with everything a house guest would need. The location is great! A short walk to downtown. We would definitely stay here again. We had a fantastic time.

Lovely cousins trip

Everything seemed to be just like it was listed. Needed nothing. Very well stocked and clean. Location was very centrally located for all of our attractions we went to. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely would rate as a 5 star plus.

Then house is really clean, super cute and so very quiet. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and the location is close to so many things. The kitchen has everything you need. The house was clean and well-stocked. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Everyone around seems to take pride in their area. We brought motorcycles and didn't have any issues leaving them outside. Communication with the property owner was fast. Would recommend this property to anyone interested.

Beautiful decor and a nice quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants.

The owner/manager was very friendly and quick to respond to our many questions. The house was impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and dishes we needed for an “at-home” stay that required more in home eating than we would normally don while away. Thank you for everything!

Great family stay!

We traveled in with our 3 and 4 year old to visit Wauwatosa. My husband lived here when he was a little boy and hadn’t been back since. It was an extremely special trip. And the house made it truly feel at home. It had everything we needed and more. Perfect for our family and toddlers. Lots of toys and books. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Great amount of space! Safe. Walking distance to the Village. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from Home at Thanksgiving

This was our best VRBO experience yet! We've used VRBO in the Wauwatosa area for many Thanksgivings. This home was perfectly located - two blocks from the family homestead gathering spot. The home was attractive inside. Very clean. Comfortable, modern furniture. Many helpful accessories throughout the home. It was spacious enough for us to host a Friday get together with family from the area. So nice to welcome people to our VRBO home away from home!! We couldn't recommend this rental more highly! Thank you to the owner for such hospitality!

Fantastic rental

You can not find a better rental in the Wauwatosa area. The house is well layed out and very comfortable. Three good size bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The downstairs area with kitchen, dining room and living room is spacious. The kitchen will well appointed with not only dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc., but also with food stuff. We rented the house for the Thanksgiving weekend. It met all our needs. Communication with the owner was speedy and helpful. I would totally rent this facility again.

Lovely updated home in Wauwatosa

Excellent family home

Awesome neighborhood and awesome home. We spent a long weekend with adults, grandparents and a toddler and the location was perfect! Quiet side street, nice neighbors, and super quick drive to anything on your list. The shared spaces were a great size and the kitchen was well stocked so we could cook family meals. All bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and comfortable. Bonus surprise was all the toddler toys and games for the family! We loved the stay and communication was terrific. Will stay again next time in Milwaukee.
