Unique place, old stone priory surrounded by vineyards near the charming village of Chabrillan. In the distance the tower of Crest, the syncline of Saoû the view is breathtaking!

This former priory retains its rustic appearance, dark wood, exposed stones, nooks and crannies and less functional aspects that make its charm. All fitted out with more modern decorative elements. In the middle of 12 private hectares, this house has no opposite, biological and natural swimming pool (river effect with its ecosystem, the blue is only the reflection of the sky on the water), sauna, billiards, wifi, Spotify Sonos speaker and an outdoor SPA.

The house is composed of 5 bedrooms with double beds. Only 3 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Two additional extra beds are available (a sofa bed in the TV room and a sofa bed in the billiard room), two bathrooms, two outdoor terraces very well oriented according to the sunshine, a natural swimming pool and 12Ha of land around the house for nature lovers.



This multi-level home sleeps 10 people comfortably and includes:

Ground floor: 4 double bedrooms + a shower room and a billiard room with a sauna and an extra sofa bed

1st floor which opens onto the outdoor terraces: 1 double bedroom with its bathroom + kitchen and living rooms

2nd floor: a TV room with an extra sofa bed

Calm and rejuvenation guaranteed in this corner of paradise!



** Household linen in addition: €12.5 per single bed / €25 per double bed. The linen includes sheets, towels, tea towels and bath mats.

** You will be asked to pay an extra charge of €35 if you wish to bring your pet.

** Coffee maker available in the house: fully automatic machine (bring coffee beans)

** If the maximum number of guests is reached (10 people), we limit the number of infants to 2 for each booking. If the number of occupants (adults + children) exceeds the maximum capacity then the booking will be cancelled without refund.

** Basic necessities are provided for your arrival (dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, etc.). The tenant must plan for the rest of the stay.

** Departures are before 10am. When possible, we can allow a departure until 12pm. Beyond that, we ask for an extra charge of 15€ per adult to enjoy the premises within the limit of 5pm.
