Welcome to Over the Rainbow Farm with heated pool (May to Oct) in 12 acres of beautiful landscape. 20 minutes from Prince Edward Country, for wineries, waterfront and Sandbanks Park. Built in 1835 this century home is 2 hours from Toronto, 3.5 hours from Montreal. 6 bedrooms, spacious living and dining room, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Want to play with the llama, visit the goats pick fresh eggs every morning? We can arrange a customized experience for family gathering or weddings.

Perfect getaway for the whole family

We loved every minute of our stay. Tom and Lee were very kind and let us participate in the farm chores which was a big hit with the kids and adults! Very clean place with a lot of bedrooms and plenty of space for a big group. We were 8 people. The swimming pool is definitely a bit plus. The sunsets are phenomenal and the location is perfect for a quick drive to any winery and brewery. We just left and are already planning our return stay! If 6 stars were available this would be our rating

Everything we hoped for and more!

This farmhouse property located in Belleville was everything we hoped for and more. The well-appointed, large kitchen, had all the essentials required to cook and entertain. The beds were very comfortable as well, not often the case in multiple bedroom rentals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is that we could not stay longer! The home was spacious, beautiful and clean. Lee, the owner, was wonderful to deal with. She was extremely generous and thoughtful, leaving us a lovely welcome gift basket. She even offered to take care of our shopping and various other errands before our arrival. My personal favorite was the fresh “multi-colored fresh eggs” from her hens which she left for us over the course of our stay. My entire family is looking forward to going back next fall.

Why they chose this property

Imagine waking up on our farm, to fresh eggs from the chickens, the horses grazing in the fields in the distance. The property was built in 1835 and has been beautifully maintained to its original charm. Hardwood floors, spacious living room and dining room, a beautiful large farm kitchen with new appliances all greet you when you arrive. We have 12 acres and the farm is on a small road about 10 minutes from highway 401.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy a swim in our heated pool and hang out at the Cabana Bar with a full mini fridge. Head down to the basement to play the piano, guitar, and ukulele. Let us arrange for you and your family to interact with the horse and pony, play with the goats, pick fresh eggs. It's all here so close to Belleville and the charm of Prince Edward County.
