Studio Le Sandettie, 50 meters from the beach! + private garage

Our 20 m2 studio is a cosy little cocoon full of charm on the top floor with lift of a building 50 metres from the beach and shops and restaurants in the direct vicinity, quiet with an unobstructed view of the dunes. From the balcony you can admire them and listen to the seagulls. <br><br>- Rental:<br><br>Our studio includes a 160/200 Murphy bed (or if you prefer a 140 BZ sofa underneath) The Murphy bed can be restrictive for people with reduced mobility because it is higher than a normal bed. The apartment also includes a mezzanine, for a child (from 6 years old is better!) or an adult, a small cocoon like a cabin! <br>If you decide to sleep in the Murphy bed, you can pull it up in the morning to enjoy a living room with all the comforts (sofa and small toad armchair). You can have your meals at the table or on the balcony overlooking the dunes. You can cook and can benefit from a large bathroom. <br>The rental includes access to a private and closed garage (Between April and October the outdoor spaces are charged).<br><br>The car box cannot accommodate a vehicle larger than a Tiguan. If you come with a 4-legged companion we thank you for ensuring that it is treated against fleas and ticks for the well-being of all, as we have had unpleasant surprises in the past.<br><br>Arrival time: from 3 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the latest. Beyond that, you will be asked for €10 until 10 p.m., €20 per hour after 10 p.m. and €30 after midnight.<br>Check-out time: Before 10 am.<br>Please note: for bookings in July and August 2026: no garage due to the presence of scaffolding for façade renovation.
