It was a very clean, nice house in a nice Dallas suburb. There was a large fenced yard for our two dogs.Would definitely stay here again if in the Dallas area.

Clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen could have used a few more items: large serving bowls, more silverware, and could use one or two newer large pans. We would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving in Plano

Family & pet spent Thanksgiving week in Plano at the If-House. The property was comfortable, clean, and really just right for us. Communication with Raul was timely and accurate. No hidden expenses or surprises. I highly recommend this property and this property manager.

Wonderful Two Weeks in Plano

This property was the best we have occupied in a long time. It was very clean, up-to date, and functional. The layout of the house was perfect for us along with the nice grassy backyard. Kitchen supplies were clean and practical. The check in and check out were easy with good explanations. The neighborhood was quiet and the local amenities were good. Thank you for providing the manual. We will definitely stay here again when the need arises. Nothing but praises for this house.

Lovely home, close to major thoroughfares. Plenty of services, restaurants close by. loved that it was well equipped for pets. Yard fenced and seemed very pet safe.

Good for pets.

The yard was nice size. It rained while we were there and my dog brought in some mud I mopped the floor a couple of times (on my hands an knees). Wish there was a mop and better vacuum. Overall a nice place and good location. The neighborhood was quiet. Will rent again.

Very comfortable stay in a nice cozy house.

My wife and I are remodeling our house in Plano and stayed at this property for a month with our daughter. The owner had everything you need for a nice stay and we felt at home. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed walking our dogs in the evenings. There is a nice large back yard that our dogs were able to stretch and roam in the mornings so this made my wife and I even more happy to be in this home. Raul the owner was so friendly and even sent us samples of the paint color as we were painting our home and we liked the color of the walls in the kitchen. Needless to say, we would definitely recommend this great home if your in the market for something quiet and comfortable in the Plano area. :)

Great clean & cozy space

We had a warm welcome with gift bags of snacks, a pink Christmas tree, and even 3 stockings (there were 3 of us) during Christmas! The house was extremely clean and it was nice being able to sit in the backyard in the sun, drinking coffee etc. The couches are super comfy and we liked the huge TV. All around it was great and I would go back. It is only a few minutes away from my parents' house where I grew up, so I didn't really need any tips or advice from Raul, but he seemed friendly & available enough to give tips had I asked, and cool enough to just let us be since we didn't really need anything local-ish. There was a binder with house rules tips etc on the coffee table. Also this is more about the street, but anyone we saw was friendly! And it cracked me up that there were both Biden and Trump signs along the block, so it seems like there is neighborly friendliness even with political differences. Love it!
