A charming, carefully renovated barn between Sarlat and Rocamadour... set on a spacious 3,000 m² lot with a pleasant covered patio overlooking the private pool (6 m by 3 m, 1.48 m deep), which features a safety cover.
You’ll enjoy the pétanque court, ping-pong tables, and barbecue...
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160-cm bed and air conditioning; 2 bedrooms with 140-cm beds, one of which has air conditioning. Bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet.
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the air-conditioned living area, a toilet, and a pantry.
You can also enjoy our spa area, which features a 6-person Jacuzzi available from September through June.

Magnifique

Week-end en famille en janvier 2024. La grange est tout simplement magnifique. Entièrement rénovée avec beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup de goût ;) Nous sommes arrivés dans le gîte préalablement chauffé au poêle à bois par l’hôte. Formidable attention. Les installations et équipement sont au top. Un gros plus pour ce spa féerique !!! Melanie a été particulièrement disponible, attentionnée et compréhensive. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation !!

Une maison ideale pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille et entre amis

Nous avons passe un agreable séjour. La maison est top, elle est bien agencée, tres bien équipée et en.plus décorée avec beaucoup de gout et beaucoup de soin! Nous n'avons rien à dire c'était parfait. Nous n'avons pas rencontré les propriétaires qui etaient partis en vacances mais ils sont restés disponibles à la.moindre question. Nous avons vraiment eu le sentiment qu'ils ont plaisir à accueillir des hôtes !

The most stylish Gite in the whole of the Dordogne and Lot!

This is an absolutely beautiful Gite. The care, thought, style and craftsmanship that has been given to this barn conversion is stunning! The photos do not provide if justice. It has fantastically stylish and spacious interior and super outside space with with a deck next to the swimming apool that gets the afternoon and evening sun, as well as a separate undercover large dining area with bbq. Melanie is a great host and clearly cares very much for her property and that her guests have a great holiday. It is in close distance to Gourdon, that is a bustling town with lots of shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return very shortly soon! C'est un gîte absolument magnifique. Le soin, la pensée, le style et l'artisanat qui ont été apportés à cette conversion de grange sont étonnants ! Les photos ne rendent pas justice. Il dispose d'un intérieur fantastiquement élégant et spacieux et d'un espace extérieur super avec une terrasse à côté de la piscine qui reçoit le soleil de l'après-midi et du soir, ainsi qu'une grande salle à manger séparée avec barbecue. Melanie est une hôte formidable et se soucie clairement de sa propriété et du fait que ses invités passent d'excellentes vacances. Il se trouve à proximité de Gourdon, c'est-à-dire une ville animée avec de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Nous recommandons certainement cet endroit et espérons revenir très bientôt.
