Went for a professional getaway. This place met all our needs. Nice having a pool in hundred degree weather and I like the mattress in the master suite. Could use some housekeeping to clean water stains in bathrooms and maintenance on the warped flooring. Overall I’m satisfied with my choice and stay

My Relaxing trip to Scottsdale Arizona

Before Arriving, i was not having good day. Long delayed flight. Could not get the rental car. Took a uber to the property. Had a little trouble getting into the property (on me.) Once I walked in, I exhaled. And said wow, very welcoming with its very home like feeling. I can now relax. Once thebrest of my family arrived. They said the same wow, this is nice. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Spacious BUT has many safety issues

It wasn’t a favorable stay. We appreciated the size of the house, it’s very spacious. However, the once trendy home is bagging for much needed attention. The middle guest bathroom door is falling off the hinges, we tightened the hinges to get us through the stay. The (duo mini master bath)sink is falling off the wall, the other single back bedroom dresser is falling apart, the couch nearest to the kitchen fell apart with a guest somewhat trapped in the couch, the other couch is layered with food in between the heavy soiled cushions. The trash drawer in the kitchen has food and other debris under the cans, the master toilet is loose and wobbling. The majority of the Ikea furniture is falling apart, the entire flooring and most of its planks are damaged and unraveling causing tripping concerns. We lost a bracelet under one of the beds and search under the bed to retrieve it and found a plethora of dust, trash and other unmentionables. Lastly, the advertisement of a heated pool did not mention that we must call 24hrs ahead to have it heated at our costs. Please know we’re savvy travelers that understands every homes has some concerns. However, this is the first time we ran across a home with multiple issues. How would you suggest we go about addressing the concerns our unsatisfactory stay. We did not get what we paid for.

Excellent Stay

This property was perfect for our annual golf trip. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool out back was pristine and really made the stay even more enjoyable in the heat. The location is close to everything and as advertised. Will be back.

Great location.

Very spacious and so much room. Bathrooms are very updated and beautiful. You can tell house is older and has a little bit of a musty smell. The "heated pool" is a little misleading and definitely is not BRRRR. Overall, great experience and the house is in a terrific location.

Just the right amount of bliss

This property is just as advertised. Evan, the property manager, was super friendly and prompt with his resolution. The pool is a slice of heaven and everything you need for a memorable stay is certainly available in this home!

Stranded but saved

Our VRBO was cancelled just as we landed in Scottsdale due to some HOA policy. We were stranded, (a group of 4 women there to play golf) so we quickly got online and found this property. I contacted the owner who worked with us. The property wasn’t supposed to be ready that day, but he was able to get it cleaned and we were able to check in around 8:00 pm. He was a life saver!! Thank you SO much Evan for making our stay in Scottsdale a memorable one. Your place is so pretty inside and out in a nice quiet neighborhood.
