Logement d'un très sympathique artiste de jazz, dans son jus (piano, washboard, drums, partitions musicales, maracas, etc...) ainsi qu'une belle collection de BD et de CD jazzy, ainsi qu'un petit désordre vivant contribuent à rendre le lieu plutôt agréable et chaleureux. Un Franprix récent et bien achalandé à moins de 5 mn à pied, propose des produits d'une grande diversité. Transports en commun à moins de 4mn (ligne de bus no.15), sinon à 20mn à pied du Château de Vincennes.
