Comfortable beds with luxury bedding. 5-10 mins walk to the Vons grocery store, the Girard avenue shops, the Taco stand or award-winning restaurants. 15 mins walk to the Cove to visit singing seals and sea lions, or bright creatures underwater. 15 mins walk to the Scripps park to watch sunset over the ocean. 20 mins walk to Windansea beach which local surfers and swimmers love. Farmer’s market on Sunday just one block away. Washer & dryer in the unit. Central AC. 1055 sq.ft with a balcony. Life is beautiful in this home sweet home! Monthly rental only.
