On 200 square meters you will find everything your heart desires: three bedrooms, two terraces, two bathrooms and a consistently modern and comfortable interior.

The open living and dining area impresses with its generous flair and there is nothing missing in the fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, electric stove, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are of course available. By the way, from the kitchen-cum-living room with a large flat-screen TV, you can access the beautiful, furnished breakfast terrace.

On the upper floor there is another living area with a cozy seating area, with a 3D flat screen TV - and with access to the second terrace, equipped with a beach chair and a beautiful, direct view of the lake.

Even parking here is pure relaxation: two parking spaces are available directly at the beach house. And it is only a few steps to the sandy beach of Lake Plauer.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut, geschmackvoll, zweckmäßig und sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Sie war sauber und wir konnten den Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm.Abgesehen von der phantastischen Unterkunft ist die perfekte Lage direkt am Wasser und die ruhige Lage empfehlenswert für einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

die Lage der Wohnung am See ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub auch mit (kleinen) Kindern braucht.

Die Lage ist suen schön, mit Blick zum See. Für 6 Personen war reichlich Platz und viele Möglich

Wir haben uns SEHR wohl gefühlt. Es hat nichts gefehlt.Spaziergänge im Wald und am Strand sowie Baden im Plauer See möglich.Für besonders Sportliche steht ein Kickerspiel bereit. Es hat viel Spaß gemacht.Wir haben viele Sightseeing-Touren machen können - gerne wären wir länger geblieben! Aber man kann ja zum Glück wieder kommen :)

Wir waren sehr gut untergebracht. Den älteren Teilnehmer hat es sehr gut gefallen. Nur die Einstiege bei der Terrassentüre und an der Seite bei der Glastüre sind zu hoch. Meine Tante ist hingefallen. Vielleicht kann man da eine Treppenstufe einplanen. Herzliche Grüße sendet Andrea Nafzger

Das Haus ist wunderschön und außerordentlich gut ausgestattet, die Lage top. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter/Eigentümer funktioniert einwandfrei. Es wird nicht das letzte Mal sein, dass wir dort Urlaub gemacht haben.

Sehr schöne Wohnung herrlich gelegen direkt am See . Comfortable Ausstattung. Alles da , was man braucht. Sauberkeit war nicht so toll. Viele Spinnen , die man hätte entfernen können. Direkt abseilend überm Bett nicht förderlich. Par Sachen wie WLAN funktioniert nicht, Fernseher gibt den Geist auf, ganztägigem Bellen der Hunde vom Hundestrand , war der Rest ein schöner Urlaub.

Ich bedauere, das nicht alles perfekt war. Trotz Insektengitter und aufmerksamem Reinigungspersonal kann ich kein perfekt steriles Haus anbieten, ebenso kann ich den Hunden das Bellen nicht verbieten (ist kein Dauerzustand) W-LAN ist in der Region ein Problem, geht nur via Satellit. Ich werde aber einen zuverlässigeren Anbieter suchen. Defekter Fernseher war mir vorher nicht bekannt und wird kurzfristig repariert. Es stehen aber im Haus drei „Ausweichgeräte“ zur Verfügung.
