Come enjoy our sparkling clean, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, a spa, a brewery and shops! Beautifully decorated, new flooring & paint... you won’t regret booking with us! Feel free to message me with any questions. You can instant book with us as long as you have a government ID on file (we require that as well before accepting a request).

Nice clean condo for wedding guest

Very clean condo. Had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay tied to a Virginia Beach wedding visit. Tiny snafu re. keypad code. Africa as able to work it out via text very quickly. Walkable to boardwalk, shopping & restaurants.

Quiet yet close to the beach

Our host Arica was very rapid and responsive to all our requests. Surprisingly clean compared to a lot of other places we’ve been at before. Short 10 minute walk to beach and boardwalk. Will recommand to friends and anyone who asks.

Nice place and area

Clean, cozy and comfortable! Great place & area with around a 3 block walk to the beach. Arica was great and communicated well. Would recommend the Icehouse restaurant just behind the apartments across the street. Would definitely stay here when visiting VB again!

Clean and Perfect Distance from the Beach!

Arica was a great host, and I was able to communicate with her very easily. The condo itself was super clean, and equipped with everything you’d need! There was even a laundry room on the property! It was about a 10 minute walk from the beach, so the property you stay at is more quiet and laidback! Overall, I enjoyed my time staying at Aricas condo! Very wonderful! Have already started recommending friends to stay there when they visit!!

Adventures in Virginia

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying in Arica's home. We loved the open floor concept and the decor was deeply calming and renewing. The location is absolutely wonderful! I went for morning runs on the beach and walked to local coffee shops / restaurants for food. The unit itself is quiet and serene with lovely natural lighting. I am deeply grateful for my experience here and when I return to buy my home in VA, I plan to stay here again. Thank you, Arica, and Virginia for being so delightful!! 💚
