Guest Access:
Entire Cabin
The Neighborhood:
The cabin is located in the scenic and desirable Roaring Fork area of Gatlinburg, TN—right on the stream and just a short walk (0.7 miles) to the center of downtown. Enjoy the unique combination of waterfront tranquility and city convenience.
Getting Around:
The cabin is easily accessible via paved roads, with private parking available onsite.
While access is typically easy, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle for added confidence during winter months or rainy weather.
Other Things to Note:
• Guests must be 21 years or older to book this cabin.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
• A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain travel. Roads are paved and easy to navigate, but weather conditions in the Smokies can change quickly.
• Gas fireplaces are seasonal and typically operate from October through March, weather permitting.
• A Keurig coffee maker is provided and works with both K-Cups and ground coffee—please bring your preferred coffee.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

The house what beautiful, very clean, and a great location! Highly recommend! Close to downtown. We walked downtown never had to use our vehicle until we left.Hot tub was great and clean.
Didn’t use hot tub. Great place and perfectly located. Only complaint that other units did have was laundry pod and a couple coffee k cups. Other than it was awesome.
This cabin was perfect for our stay! Easy to access and super clean! We were minutes away from the Gatlinburg action. We will definitely stay here again if in the area!
Loved our stay at the Roaring Fork Farmhouse. Everything was very clean, with just enough room for 4, the beds were comfortable and it has a homey feel. Sitting on the porch, listening to the stream is amazing.
Opening the door was a big surprise even after seeing the pictures. Super clean and welcoming after a long drive or long day in and around town , sitting on the deck overlooking the stream was relaxing. This would be a great place just to getaway and do nothing but relax anytime of year. Host has earned the highest approval .Thanks
We loved the location of this house. It’s slightly off the main strip where it’s quiet. The house had everything we needed. The hot tub next to running water was so tranquil and my absolute favorite part! Owner had great communication. We would 100% stay here again!!
The cabin is close enough to downtown Gatlinburg to walk on a nice day. The cabin is perfect for a family of 4. Right on the creek, hot tub was private and very relaxing. Just beware of the neighborhood bear population, Our car was broken into one morning. No damage, we will definitely rent here against!!luckily.after a long day.
First time to the Smokey’s and absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful and nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle of town. Sleeping at night with the window cracked and listening to the Brook running in the back was so peaceful. It was nice coming home after walking around town and sitting in the hot tub watching football on the TV. I would strongly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to come back.
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The check in process was seamless, and the communication with the property manager was great. The location was wonderful as well. 5 minutes or less to a grocery store, close to downtown Gatlinburg and the Gatlinburg Smokey Mountain National Park entrance. There was also a trolley stop right down the road from the cabin for the courtesy trolley that runs through Gatlinburg if you’re not up to the walk. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!
The property was AMAZING! Great location and was exactly what we wanted. We had to change our Christmas vacation plans last minute due to weather. I'm so happy we did. This cabin was cozy and we enjoyed decorating for Christmas. The management was so personal and professional! We will be back!
We enjoyed are stay here very much. Location was great and within walking distance to many trolley stops if you didn’t mind hoofing it into town or paying for parking. Walking to town was fine…downhill. Heading back…uphill grinder. The hot tub made up for that. My favorite part was the creek running behind the property. It was so soothing to open the windows and go to sleep to the sound of the rushing creek. Music to my ears!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
