First time in Boulogne sur mer

We had a really nice stay at this place. It is central to the beach, a minigolf place, a playground and the Nausicà. The home is really cosy and we enjoyed nice evenings with a beautiful view out of the kitchen. Hopefully this won't be our last time here.

A 3 Night Stay

Communication and helpfulness from the host was excellent showing us some local attractions and best shops. The stairs are very steep with a bedroom on one floor and another set of stairs to the top bedroom. Young children or those not good on their feet should be aware of this. The kitchen is well equipped and no problems parking outside.

A house with character in an ideal location.

A three night stay btw 13th-16th November. Prior contact with Isabelle was easy and timely and Isabelle was very accommodating. Upon arrival at the house we found it to be clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. We made little use of the living room but the furniture was comfortable. We spent the majority of our time in the house in the kitchen where we chose to do our own cooking as opposed to dining out. We found the kitchen to be well equipped and the cooker was very clean and in good working order. The large fridge freezer was more than enough to store our provisions. The view from the kitchen window over the harbour area provided a source of many conversations. The bathroom was spacious and, like every other room, was clean. Good shower pressure. The icing on the cake is the location of the house. Two minutes walk onto the seafront, ten minutes into the centre of Boulogne. Isabelle made it clear that she was available in the event of any issues however this wasn’t necessary. We have been to this area on several occasions for short breaks but this visit, in a large part due to the accommodation, was the best yet. We don’t usually revisit a specific property on our trips but this house is likely to be the exception.

Isabelle, notre hôtesse, était très serviable, accommodante et disponible. L'appartement est très bien équipé et idéalement située pour faire la visite de Boulogne sans avoir à reprendre la voiture.De plus, le logement est agréable, bien décoré et équipé de jeux, de livres et de bd pour occuper les moments calmes du séjour. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Ein sehr schönes Häuschen im früheren Fischerviertel von Boulogne-sur-Mer, wenige Minuten zum Strand. Sehr hübsch eingerichtet, sauber und perfekt für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern (auch weil es eine Waschmaschine, eine kleine Spülmaschine gibt ;)) Und eine sehr nette, sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin!

Nous avons été un peu surpris par l’emplacement avec des difficultés de parkings et des escaliers fort raides pour notre age, mais nous nous sommes adaptés et avons exploré les environs grâce aux bons conseils de notre logeuse. Le temps était un peu mitigé ce qui nous a orienté vers les musées et les bonnes adresses pour se restaurer. Nous nous sommes reposés grâce à une literieimpeccable.

Bonjour Monsieur, merci pour votre commentaire. En effet la maison n'est pas adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, si vous m'aviez indiqué que vous étiez PMR lors de la réservation j'aurai refusé la location car nous tenons à ce que nos vacanciers se sentent bien à la maison. Je vous renouvelle mes regrets de n'avoir pas su votre situation, nous aurions pu vous orienter vers une location mieux adaptée. Quant au stationnement dans la rue, il n'est pas toujours possible de se garer juste devant la maison ce qui a pu vous gener compte tenu de votre handicap. Au global, la stationnement est facile l'hiver et plus compliqué le week end pendant la période estivale, mais je pense que c'est comme celà dans toutes les zone un peu touristiques :) je suis heureuse que mes conseils vous aient convenus et que vous ayez passé un bon séjour. Dans tous les cas, c'était un plaisir de vous rencontrer et de discuter avec vous et votre épouse. Je vous souhaite le meilleur pour la suite, et surtout de bons moments avec vos petits enfants ! La côte d'Opale juste magnifique et souvenirs d'enfance

Première semaine le temps n'était pas au rdv. Merci pour vos jeux de société et la documentation du tourisme qui nous a permis de revoir notre programme. Nous en avons d'ailleurs laissé quelques unes... La deuxième semaine un peu mieux. Visite de Musées , Nausicaa excellent , la biscuiterie de Wimereux au top visite et achats pour les gourmands. Nous avons pu visiter quand même la côte d'Opale jusqu'à Calais et l'autre partie Le touquet Stella plage etc. Excellent accueil malgré quelques péripéties. Nous gardons de bons souvenirs dans cette région.
