Beautiful Burgundy stone house with a pool, wooden deck, and arbor, fireplace, and fully equipped.
4 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has not been renovated; 3 bathrooms, one with a tub and shower; 2 separate toilets. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Large kitchen with a Godin stove, new refrigerator, and freezer. And a 50M2 living room with a beautiful fireplace and a reading nook.
The house is also heated by a pellet stove located in the hallway.
Located in the hamlet of Moulin de l’Étang, at the foot of the village of Mont-Saint-Jean, the property is peaceful as it sits at the end of a cul-de-sac. You’ll be surrounded by only two other houses. A walking path through the meadows leads to the village—it’s a very pleasant stroll.

Cell service is limited in the area around the house, though it’s available at the back of the garden. However, we have Wi-Fi, and the option to route calls and texts through Wi-Fi ensures you’ll always be reachable. We also have a landline if needed.

We have two hazelnut trees, a peach tree, a plum tree, a pear tree, a quince tree, a cherry tree, and grapevines.
We’ve been renovating the house ourselves for the past five years. There is still a section upstairs that is not accessible because it has not yet been renovated.
The bedding in the bedrooms has been replaced, except in one upstairs bedroom where the double bed is old. It is a dorm-style room suitable for children, as it includes a double bed and a single bed. Only the double bed has an older mattress, which is suitable for children’s smaller frames.

We provide blankets and pillows, but not SHEETS or TOWELS.
