Easy efficient contactless entry! Check-in details emailed out for easy communication. *Parking Regulations* You can park one vehicle in the garage and one in front of the garage. There is extra parking for 7 vehicles on the left when you first enter the complex. Please park in the spots marked by the Tenant Parking Signs. NO parking of Commercial Vehicles, Trailers, or Vehicles with auxiliary fuel tanks; they are prohibited from the complex and must be parked offsite at all times. Please don't follow how other people may be parking in front of the units as the strata will issue a fine if you are parked anywhere other than what we've listed above. Thank you for your attention to this.
This beautifully appointed 1500 sq ft townhouse offers enough room for two families to spread out and relax. It’s your ideal base for carving down the slopes, tackling mountain biking trails, or simply unwinding with breathtaking views.
LIVING AREA The large living area, located just off the kitchen, features plenty of comfortable seating and a cozy electric fireplace, creating the perfect spot to gather after a day of adventure.
KITCHEN & DINING Cook up a feast in the large, fully-equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and modern appliances. We provide everything you need, including utensils, pots, pans, a coffee maker, a blender, a crockpot, and a dishwasher.
BEDROOMS & SLEEPING Our home features three clean, private bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces, all with high-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Upper Level: A primary suite with a queen bed, incredible mountain views, a full ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated desk space. Main Level: A comfortable double pull-out couch in the living room. Lower Level: A private bedroom with a queen bed. Lower Level: A semi-private room with two bunk beds, plus an additional bunk bed in an adjacent bonus space (three bunk beds total).
BATHROOMS You'll find 2.5 bathrooms stocked with towels, face cloths, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Bathroom 1: Full ensuite on the upper level with a shower/bath combo. Bathroom 2: Half-bath located on the main level. Bathroom 3: Full bathroom on the lower level with a shower/bath combo.
OUTDOOR SPACE Step out onto the deck to find a BBQ and outdoor furniture. Soak your cares away in the private, covered hot tub while taking in the stunning mountain views – the perfect après-ski or post-hike treat.
AMENITIES Laundry: A large, modern washer and dryer are available for your use. Laundry detergent is supplied. Family-Friendly: We welcome families and provide a crib, high chair, and children's books and toys for your convenience. Connectivity: Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

Everything was great except for the main bedroom queen mattresses. Both queen mattresses are worn out showing lots of depression.

Check in and out was easy. Plenty of tableware and cups which was perfect for our two families. Hot tub was nice. The front living area got hot in the morning since the windows face the sun but once it was over the building it cooled down.

We had an awesome time staying in this unit. My family of five had ample room. We enjoyed the amazing location on the hill and the great view. Lots of personal touches that made the stay very pleasant. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of towels and kitchen supplies.
