Outside: an enclosed 800 m² garden, a wooden terrace with a pergola, and outdoor games (swings, pétanque, badminton). Access to a private, covered spa and a gym/fitness room. You will also have a covered carport. No electric vehicle charging points are available. Additional baby equipment: baby bouncer, stroller, and toys.
