Gite adjacent to another gite in a complex of 8 gites in the park of Kéravéon, 1.5 km from Erdeven. Living room/kitchen corner, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom/wc, wc, electric heating. Terrace, garden furniture. Shared grounds :20 hectares of greens with its keep-fit track, laundry room, telephone boxes, children's play area (4 to 12 yrs). The old stables of the chateau of Keravéon have been converted into 8 gites sitting on extensive grounds where you will enjoy the peace of the countryside with the proximity of the seaside. Wooded area where barbecues are forbidden. You will find many hiking trails, Erdeven is a coastal town with 300 ha of dunes, 6 km of fine sandy beaches, and marked hiking trails. You will reside in the calm of the countryside and benefit from the proximity of the ocean. Stay in a wooded environment, vacation rental in the heart of the 20-hectare park of the Château de Keravéon. Take advantage of the fitness trail, a playground for children from 4 to 12 years old is also accessible.
