Its beautiful, enclosed outdoor spaces with its swimming pool and large sunny terrace, its 4 double bedrooms, and its 2 bathrooms will invite you to relax and unwind. The villa is located about 5 minutes from the city center, 20 minutes from the famous port of Saint Tropez, Ramatuelle, and the famous beaches of Pampelonne. Enjoy your stay!
The villa is less than a 10-minute walk from the beaches; no car is needed to get there! Set in a magnificent 1650m² enclosed garden, our villa will delight you both inside and out. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a shower room, the fully air-conditioned villa is ideal for 8 people. Outside, you'll find a beautiful 11.5m x 5.5m swimming pool, a pétanque court, and a large terrace to enjoy the warm weather and large outdoor meals.
LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED. A €150 fee is charged upon arrival for final cleaning, sheets, and towels.
For your convenience, arrival and departure times are flexible throughout the year, except in July and August when arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures are no later than 10 a.m.
3 or 4 cars can be parked in the garden.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge.

Très bon séjour dans un cadre magnifique, très proche de la mer, des commerces et des activités

Séjour de grande qualité grâce à un environnement extérieur exceptionnel, piscine, jardin, fleurissement parking.Dommage que les voisins et la commune de la Croix Valmer se soient acharnés à réaliser des travaux publics sur ce mois de Juillet, ce qui occasionna un bruit permanent de marteaux-piqueurs et bétonnière nuisant grandement à la quiétude des lieux.Ce séjour aurait vraiment été exceptionnel sans ces problèmes indépendants des propriétairesL’ajout d’un parasol, à notre demande, a également amélioré la vie autour de la piscine privée d’ombre naturelle, un parasol supplémentaire serait également le bienvenu si plus de 6 personnes venaient à y séjourner.
