* Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included but is available on demand for a price.
* The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies.
* We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes.
* You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
Interaction with Guests:
The check-in and check-out are similar to a hotel, but this is a privately owned condo, and all services will be taken care of through the host. The front desk is available 24/7 for emergencies only. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

This condo was great for my 5-day trip. It was a large condo with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and sitting area. Much bigger and nicer than a traditional hotel room.
The location was great as well. Easy access to the MGM, conference center and monorail. Walkable to NYNY and Tropicana.
Host was easy to work with and very
communicative. Enjoyed the convenience of front desk access for checkin and the time I accidentally demagnetized my room card and they quickly replaced.

Adequate Property
While the unit looked like the photo, the photo seems to have been taken awhile ago as the place seems a bit rundown now. The furniture is definitely not comfortable anymore and should all be refreshed/replaced. The addition of a toaster oven in the kitchenette would be awesome as would some information about the entire property - what's on site (coffee, snacks, pools, etc.), to what we have access, and local recommendations. The big tub was nice but for a long stay, the trash bins were not adequate.

I stayed at this condo for 2 1/2 weeks while I played in the World Series of Poker. I liked it for a number of reasons. The condo is just like the pictures on the internet. Great view, nice swimming pool and hot tub. Quiet. Centrally located and an easy walk (indoors) to the MGM. Nice cafe for breakfast and lunch located right in the lobby. Having a refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave is very handy. Many restaurants of all price ranges located in the MGM which is an easy walk. Easy to access uber from here but a number of things are accessible with a short walk. Matt, the management guy, was super responsive when I had 1 or two minor questions/requests. I will definitely stay here again when I play in the WSOP

When I checked in. MGM told me they wouldn't be responsible if I had issues of any kind.However. Owner kept referring me to hotel management. Whenever I reached out. Room wasn't stocked properly with amenities. Light switches not working 100 percent. Dirty carpet. No one came to check on room for soiled towels and trash pick up.
