Castle 705 Corner Apartment with Free Parking, Gym, Pool, Tennis and Direct Beach Access!

This Studio Apartment is located on the 7th floor of the Castle Beach Club Condo and has a view on Indian Creek intracoastal.
The condo offers many resort-like amenities; valet parking is INCLUDED, as well as access to the beach, pool and tennis court.
There is also a restaurant on site, tiki bar, convenience stores, the famous Turkish and Russian Baths as well as bike rental, travel agency and shops.

The studio apartment can fit up to 5 guests, with 2 queen-size beds and a futon. There is complementary WIFI access and cable TV.

The kitchen has the essentials to prepare breakfast or a quick meals, with a double hotplate, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, fridge, dishes and kitchens utensils.

Extra linen, towels, pillows, beach towels, iron, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are located in the closets.
The bathrooms includes hair dryer. We also provide amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, dish soaps, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper. (For longer stays you will need to replenish).

Housekeeping is done before and after your arrival.

Laundry is located on the lower level of the building. Laundry cards are for sale next to the security desk

This condo is located at 54th and Collins avenue, in a residential area of Miami Beach. It is about 5-10 min drive to South Beach, and 25 min drive to Miami Airport. The area is quiet and family-friendly.

Check in is anytime after 3PM and check out is anytime before 11AM. The security to register for parking is open 24h/day. The door is equipped with a digital lock and your personal code (with detailed arrival instructions) will be sent to you a few weeks before check-in.

Castle Beach

Other than some peeling paint in the bathroom because the exhaust fan wasn’t working and the microwave needs to be replaced we really liked it. The valet parking guys were awesome and the pool and Tiki Bar were both very nice. Great location right on the beach between my son’s house and south beach!

We’re not used to being hindered by the language block. I’m sure there was more to the complex then we were aware but trying to talk to staff was not always easy. English is not common that far south.

Good stay

Great location and neighborhood. Felt safe the entire time. Apartment (especially the bathroom) could use a renovation. Sheets had some stains, items left under bed from previous guests, and the floor wasn’t cleaned well. Other than that, host responded quickly and it was overall a decent stay.

While the room was clean and nice with a great city view, the room smell of humidity. The building has elevator issues, very slow. And the people that stay there are 90% riff raff. If you don’t mind these issues the hotel has stores within and easy beach access .

Missing some info

Yes I was told the pool was closed, but so is the hot tub, and so is the gym. So we stayed there as if it was just the room and that was it. I'm sure the place is beautiful when everything is working but there was no hot tub or gym so that needs to be added to the things that are not working. As for the room it was cute, could use a little better cleaning, but for the price you can't beat it

The property was an absolute mess. The AC unit was leaking all over the place with water seeping through the dry wall. The sink was also leaking everywhere. The bathroom til flooring is disgusting as well. We will never stay here again. Gross!!

Miami trip

We had a great time, just not in the area of the Hotel. The staff was nice. The sunsets from the room were beautiful. We would not stay there again. The hotel must have been great in its day, but it is run down. The room was nicely decorated. And had everything we needed for the kitchen. The air conditioner leaked and parts of the ceiling fell down. They tried to give it a quick fix while we were there, and were very sorry, but it needs more than a quick fix. Although this hotel served a good home base for us, we will not return.

The location was nice, the ocean was in front of the vacation resort. Kids loved the pool. Wifi was available, but that’s about all the highlights of our stay. To start off I was not able to check in because front desk did not have the correct information for me. It’s not free parking, it’s valet parking only and they charge you CASH ONLY. My husband had an accident and broke his leg and was in a wheelchair and this spot had no accessibility for wheelchairs. The hotel room has a weird smell once entering. The bathroom was dirty, toilet was not cleaned properly, bathtub had soap scum around the rim. Worst of all the beds have bedbugs, my kids and myself woke up with bedbug bites on our legs and back. I found a bedbug on the bed and killed it as well. Definitely will not be returning. Worst experience so far.

Overall, the room was good, not great but good. I got all the info for the room, combination and everything to get around the property. We used the room to sleep but it really needs new mattresses. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was ok to use, not great but ok. There were a lot of drawers to store your belongings and plenty of towels. I didn't like that the swiming pool and gym were closed due to renovations, but the place is right in front of the beach and there's like a long beach walkable street. Which was very convenient to go for a walk or run, or even use a bike. The location was great. We were able to park our rental car in the property but they have valet parking. Tip is recommended for valet parking but they dont force you to tip them. Sometimes it was just the wait annoying to get our car back or to give it back, there was always a line. For laundry you have to buy a card, $5, and then put another $5 cuz they charge $2 for the card and you end up with only $3. Each washer and dryer is $1.75. The convenience stores there are very expensive with everything. But since traffic is horrible, sometimes is better to pay than go out to buy. 5 mile drive can go up to 30 minutes drive or more. There are city bikes all over the city, get the app and rent the bike. It's about $12 for 2 hrs.

A good and convenient apartment but could be better

Great location with nice pool and beach right in front of property. I would have liked to know apartment 705 did not have a view to the beach. Also, the picture of the gym is absolutely misleading since it shows a modern gym. The fitness center is obsolete and messy. A total disappointment!

We May Be Back

My husband and I enjoyed our second-time stay at this property. They have all the necessary kitchen tools and appliances to make your own meal, if you would like. The building itself is older, so it’s hard to make it look perfect, but Venessa did her best to keep it spotless and nicely decorated. The linens were crispy clean, the beds and pillows were comfy. The only issue we had was the weed smell all over the building and elevators. The smell woke us up, coming from the hallway every morning at 5 a.m. It may sound funny, but it was annoying… other than that, we enjoyed our vacation. The free city trolly was a huge bonus, saved us a lot of money on car rental this time. First time we rented a car and it was sitting in the garage, plus with all the extra toll charges, the price was double of what we initially thought we were paying. Thank you

Hôtel à grandement besoin de rénovation ! Chambre pas si mal , mais draps tachés , peinture qui décolle , salle de bain avec rouille , sale , bain en mauvais état, j’ai dû prendre ma douche avec mes sandales tellement il était malpropre. Personnel de l’hôtel non accueillant, malcommode, antipathique, voir même bête. Nous n’avons pas pu faire de lavage car l’appareil qui permet d’acheter une carte de lavage était défectueuse tout le long de notre séjour. On a dû ramener à la maison tout notre linge sale, très désagréable. Dommage car hôtel à beaucoup de potentiel.

Family Vacation

The location was excellent. The property was under renovation and repairs so the pool was closed for half the time. The overall experience was good seeing that valet parking was available 24 hrs, beach access and access to stores on the actual property for any unforeseen items. I did have to clean the bathroom upon arrival but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great place for the price

This place gave us what we needed while staying in Miami Beach. It was fairly clean, a good location, and we loved that there was a door code and you didn’t have to take a key. We were however disappointed that one of the beach chairs was broken, the umbrella was somewhat broken (very temperamental), one of the sinks didn’t drain and some of the towels were old and dingy. Other than that, everything promised in the ad delivered

Hmmmmm

No toilet paper, no tissue, room dirty, the air conditioning was not working properly a I needed to take my time to call and ask for extra supplies that I mentioned before and I needed to empty out the garbage cans before checking out and I even swept the floors during the days that I stayed cause no cleaning of the room or fresh bed linens for 4 days. ($50charge per day.$25 for new towels). The location is perfect, everything else is but. Not to mention blonde hair in the shower( I am black haired) , stained towels, also no self parking. It is all valet so bring that cash. Definitely not worth the price that I paid, assuming it would be all taken care. Nice addition is that they provide an umbrella and beach chairs in your room to use.... but guess what.... all broken when we went to the beach. Be positive minded coming here but don't expect much.

Amazing location and great condo!

We loved that there was a full kitchen. The location was right on the beach and had a great pool. Be sure to get to the pool early if you want to get chairs! The fact that the condo has to vanities/sinks/mirrors to use for getting ready was a huge plus. Would definitely stay again.
