You live in an absolute top location and direct connection to the town center and the beautiful island station.
The idyllically and quietly situated in a dreamlike natural garden landscape approx. 70 sqm apartment is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions or visiting the beach. Surrounded by old trees and beautiful nature, the exclusively furnished apartment with its own sauna invites you to sustained rest and relaxation.
In the 'Residenz Sandburg' on Langeoog you can have breakfast on the east terrace - this is how the day can begin! - and relax after the day's activities on the west terrace and end the day after the walk in the evening sun. You are also welcome to use this as an oasis of calm after a sauna session. The Sandburg holiday residence, An den Hecken N ° 5, is particularly comfortable and you will feel right at home!
The beautiful living room of the apartment is equipped with an inviting living area, LCD TV, DVD player and a music system.
The open kitchen offers you a full range of equipment that will not disappoint even experienced hobby chefs. It has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee machine and a 4-ring ceramic hob.
Relax comfortably and start the next day relaxed!
The two bedrooms in the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
The master bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), has a wardrobe and a separate bathroom en suite. A color television is also available.
The other bedroom has two box spring single beds (each 0.90 mx 2.00 m). A wardrobe is of course also available. A flat screen TV is also available.
The apartment has underfloor heating in all rooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and vanity with a large mirror. In addition, a bathroom has a small sauna with a panoramic window.
