<br>Our villa "U luminellu..." la petite lumière, is located in Balagne, in the north-east of Corsica. 20' from Calvi airport. Between the Paoline city of the Île Rousse and the renowned village of Monticello bordered by idyllic beaches such as Caruchettu, Bodri, Davia or Lozari. <br>We invite you to type "balagne-corsica.com" in your favourite search engine to get more information about this beautiful Balagne region.<br><br>For a "bright" stay, we offer you our villa for 6 people, in contemporary style, set on 2000 square metres of landscaped garden with Mediterranean essences.<br><br>Our house, which will be yours for the duration of your holidays, is spacious and very bright. <br><br>It has a comfortable interior, a fully equipped kitchen and scullery: (espresso machine, filter coffee maker, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge, kettle etc.) <br><br>A large, colourful and atypical living room opening onto a large fully covered terrace (outdoor kitchen, barbecue, etc.) to share moments of joy with friends.<br><br>The whole will be embellished (on request... or not) with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Agriates desert and the tip of Cap Corse.<br><br>To rest, you will have 3 beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds 160 wide, 2 bathrooms. One with bath and one (the master bedroom), with shower.<br>Sheets and towels not included in the price. Pigna, Sant'antonino, Santa Reparata di Balagna, Corbara, Lumio, but also Calvi and its citadel, St Florent le St too (better...) of Balagne, and many others...<br><br>For the more sporty, La Balagne is not to be outdone, you can indulge in your usual practices. Running, mountain biking, horseback riding, but also climbing, paragliding, scuba diving, sailing and boat rental... there is something for everyone.<br><br>For geeks, or simply experienced internet users, free fibre WIFI access is offered and if you are really an outstanding homebody, a large screen TV will allow you to watch your favourite television news...<br><br>Access to our villa is simple and you can easily and widely park in the property. As you will easily understand, noisy festive evenings will not be tolerated. Our animal friends will stay with their owners (the holidays are theirs too...) and smokers will be asked not to smoke inside and to be particularly vigilant outside. The maquis burns far too often!
