Check in process was horrible. I was supposed to check in at 4 so I arrived one hour early. I hadn’t received my access code so I reached out to the host. I didn’t get a response until 4:35 with my access code with an apology saying she didn’t know what happened. I was so tired and hot from the long drive for us to have to keep waiting on our host to reply. I booked this stay on July 5th, our stay was July 10th ridicules waste of time trying to get in our rental to rest.
