The house for 7 people, includes on the ground floor, a fitted kitchen - living room opening onto the terrace with its garden furniture, 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed and the second with a 160cm bed, 1 bathroom with shower and sink, 1 separate toilet. A second bathroom with 1 shower, sink and 1 toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 90cm beds (access with a few steps, skylight), and a lounge area opening onto a terrace with a glimpse of the sea, 1 bed 0.90. EQUIPMENT: WIFI, American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 2 gas rings and 2 electric rings, television. barbecue, garden furniture. parking space for cars. Cellar for bikes or windsurfing boards. Cleaning extra on reservation: €130, linen is not provided. End of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
