We were two families, 8 adoults, who stayed in the house for one week. We arrived in the middle of the night and the host met us at the house. Villa art is a spacious, clean and nice house on the hill. Poolarea and garden was also clean and nice. The walkingdistance from the house to the beach is about 1 km. The road between the house and the beach is very steep. The host was easy to contact and helpt us if and when we needed. We had a very pleasant stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Falsche Angaben:Im Inserat wird suggeriert, dass ein Haus zu mieten ist. Dabei wohnen die Eigentümer im unteren Stock. Dies wird trotz nachfragen vor der Buchung verheimlicht. Distanz zum Meer wird mit 500 m angegeben. Gemessen sind es 850 m (70% mehr!). Die Unterkunft wurde ungereinigt übergeben.
