This 32 m² apartment offers a magnificent view of Nauzan beach. <br>Light and functional, it awaits you for a holiday just a stone's throw from the sea. Its large balcony allows you to sit down for convivial moments facing the sea. <br>In a secure residence, with lift, this apartment located on the 1st floor, can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). Completely renovated, it offers all the comfort for lounging. From the entrance, the corridor leads to a large bathroom on the right (Italian shower with vanity unit and toilet). On the left, a cupboard with sliding doors to receive your jackets and coats.<br>Opposite, an independent kitchen completely renovated and equipped (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, 3-burner induction hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...) has plenty of storage space. <br>To the left the living room, opening onto the 9 m² balcony, is equipped with a beautiful oval dining room table, 4 chairs. A sofa bed and 2 small coffee tables complete the set. <br>A pretty wooden partition delimits the sleeping area equipped with a 140 cm comfort bed and a dressing room. <br>Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge as well as beds made.<br>Beach and/or pool towel available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams).<br>The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.<br>WIFI (fibre) is available, pets are not allowed.<br>Possibility to enter bicycles in a room dedicated to this purpose. A parking space is dedicated to the apartment. The shops (bakery, pharmacy, shops, café, restaurants, Casino supermarket) in the centre of St Palais are within walking distance.<br>Other services will be offered such as catering, beach towels and/or others, at your request.<br>-----------------<br>PLEASE NOTE: any arrival after 20:00 and until 22:00 will be charged an additional 30€ on site. FROM 22:00 to 00:00 the arrival will be charged 50€ additional to be paid on site.
