Appartement charmant, conforme à l'annonce. Bien placé (au pied de la plage et prÚs du centre ville). La conciergerie est trÚs aimable et disponible. Dommage qu'il soit bruyant : le bruit presque incessant des voitures est parfois pénible (rond point au pied de l'immeuble).

Appartement trÚs agréable et aménagé avec soin. Conciergerie efficace et arrangeante. Le petit bémol est la route passante devant la résidence mais en ce qui nous concerne largement compensé par les atouts de cette location

belle vue, confort du logement correspond tout Ă  fait Ă  la description!

Nous avons passé 10 jours trÚs agréables , l'accueil avec la" conciergerie" : Sabine charmante ! exactitude à l'arrivée comme pour le départ. Avons pu manger tous les jours sur le balcon, cuisine bien équipée, vaste . Bon lit pour le couchage. Place de Parking ok Garderons un trÚs bon souvenir, a refaire l'année prochaine ... avec :"Un Violon sur le Sable" !!

Un beau séjour à SAINT-PALAIS

L'appartement est parfait (agencement, appareils ménagers qui fonctionnent, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas). Tout se trouve à proximité : plages, commerces, pistes cyclables... La place de parking est un plus. Seul bémol, le bruit de la circulation à certaines heures. Saint-Palais, petite ville trÚs agréable, bien entretenue, et situation idéale entre Royan et La Palmyre, des heures de vélo...TrÚs beau séjour; je recommande.
