Pleasant country house of 50m² on its lovely enclosed plot of 534m² located in a quiet area, very close to the beach and city center. This small house with simple comfort comprises: a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, a gas cooker with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, a living room with television, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a shower room with shower, washbasin and washing machine, separate toilet. Terrace with garden furniture, enclosed garden, ideal for a family. Pets not accepted. Very pleasant location close to the city center and walking distance to the beach.
