Family friendly holiday home with private pool

The bungalow built in 2009 is fully equipped and offers everything a vacationer's heart desires.

The house has 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a living room with dining area and fitted kitchen.

In the living room there is a couch that can be pulled out to the sofa bed, as well as a television and stereo system, creating a private ambience.

On the terrace with its own swimming pool there is enough space for deck chairs and garden furniture, which are also included in the equipment.
The terrace is larger than other bungalows of the same type.

There is also a car parking space for 2 cars in front of the bungalow.



Interim cleaning with linen change is possible and can be arranged on site.
Please bring your own beach towels.

We had a wonderful three week holiday. The house was well equipped to meet all of our needs during our stay. The pool was very refreshing and surprisingly, warmed up throughout the day which was very welcomed and allowed us to enjoy evening swims. Our host was exceptional!! She was very attentive and responsive to our questions and provided us with lots of guidance to help us navigate around, and enjoy the offerings of the local town - the food on offer was of top quality in every restaurant we ate in Thank you for your time and we really appreciated your support in making our last day so enjoyable. We hope to return again in the future!

La casa tenía todo lo necesario, la piscina no es muy grande pero para nosotros que éramos 3 estaba bien, lo único que nos disgustó fue la cantidad de cucarachas, es cierto que teníamos productos para la plaga pero deberían indicar que por la zona donde se encuentra existe este problema

El alojamiento esta increible. Es espacioso y bien distribuido. Eramos 5 personas y nos dejaron el sillon cama preparado con su ropa de cama y todo a la llegada. La terraza es grande e ideal para disfrutarla en las comidas y tomando el sol y la piscina super comoda de acceder. El hecho de tener todas esas instalaciones de manera privada hace que la estancia sea excelente. Repetiria seguro!

Die Lage vom Haus ist ruhig und in 20 min. Fußweg vom Strand Costa Calma entfernt. Die Kinder hatten Spaß im eigenen Pool und in der Küche war alles vorhanden. Ein eigener Parkplatz vor der Tür war auch praktisch. Leider hat die Abzugshaube inder Küche nicht wirklich funktioniert. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief ganz schlecht ab und das größte Problem waren nachts die Kararlaken auf der Terrasse und auch im Haus vor allem im Bad und in der Küche. Das hat uns am meisten gestört. dddddder Küche nicht

Einfach perfekt

Toller Bungalow in ruhiger Umgebung und trotzdem nicht weit weg von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Strand. Es ist alles da was man braucht, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, schnelles Internet, Sat TV, Safe, Waschmaschine, Parkplatz und einige Restaurants sind auch nicht weit weg. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet und der Pool ist traumhaft. Ja gut, es könnte mal ein neuer Wäscheständer organisiert werden, da der aktuelle bald den Geist aufgibt, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist tadellos, Fazit: Wir kommen wieder !

La estancia ha sido buena porque es una zona tranquila, un tanto apartado de la playa. Lo que faltó principalmente fue comunicación con la propietaria, solo nos habló una vez para confirmar la semana...hasta el día de la estancia por la tarde una vez instalados. Estuvimos buscando la zona porque estaba muy mal explicado anteriormente y no teníamos clave para poder abrir el cajetín de la llave... lo pasamos muy mal porque creíamos que nos íbamos a quedar sin entrar, hasta que pudimos abrirlo adivinando tras intentarlo en varias ocasiones. Por lo que creo que falta es comunicación del propietario y de la aplicación para informar y poder acceder a la casa.

El apartamento en si está bien. Acorde a lo que se publica. Pros: piscina de día ( porque de noche está llenísimo de cucarachas y no puedes abrir la puerta) Generosos con las toallas de playa y juegos de mesa. La limpieza estuvo bien. Contras: Muchísimas cucarachas fuera y varias dentro por la noche que se cuelan aunq seas cuidadoso. Nos dejaron solo 2 roll de papel de baño y el final de un bote de gel, que no daba ni para un día.nada de champú o acondicionador. Para acceder te dejan un teléfono alemán que no puedes ni llamar ni whatsapp. La clave de acceso no nos la dieron en ningún momento y eso hizo que tuviéramos que adivinarla por nuestra cuenta. Los vecinos intentaron ayudarnos y fueron ENCANTADORES, pero muy muy complicado le acceso además de una pérdida de tiempo. Casi nos tenemos que ir a otro hotel habiendo pagado este. Es decir, la comunicación falló totalmente !!!!

Vacanza bellissima. Alla scoperta di Fuerteventura. Paesaggi lunari e spiagge meravigliose. Casa nel posto strategico per spaziare su e giù per l'isola con una spiaggia meravigliosa praticamente sotto casa. Ci ritorneremo.

Generalmente solemos alojarnos en Corralejo, este año hemos querido disfrutar del sur de Fuertev. En general ha estado todo muy bien. Quizás la ubicación para adolescentes no muy céntrica, pero si disfrutas deñ Surf es ideal.

Empfehlenswert

Einfacher, sauberer, kleiner Reihenbungalow, der aber alle Wünsche erfüllt. Ruhig gelegen, am Ortsrand von Costa Calma, was aber fußläufig erreichbar ist. Vom Wohnort aus können Ausflüge auf der Insel gemacht werden, die sehr bezaubernd ist.

Schöner Ferienbungalow

Der Bungalow ist sehr sauber, der Innenhof mit dem Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Obwohl das Haus mitten in einer Siedlung liegt, war es extrem ruhig. Allerdings waren sehr viele Häuser zu dem Zeitpunkt, als wir dort waren, nicht belegt. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge auf der Jandia Halbinsel perfekt. Man kommt in wenigen Minuten Fahrtzeit zu allen Traumstränden Jandias. In ca.45 Minuten ist man am Playa da Cofete. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings hat es keinen Backofen und kein WLAN. Hatten wir bei der Buchung übersehen und ist vielleicht für den ein oder anderen nicht uninteressant.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr ruhiges Viertel. Alles was man so braucht war da und die Insel ist einfach wunderschön zu erkunden. Beim kleinen Supermarkt um die Ecke, kann man Trinkwasser holen. Gerne wieder!
