Our villa, nestled in Conca, the arrival village of the famous GR20, is only 20 km from Porto Vecchio, in South Corsica. You will be 15 minutes from the beaches, perfect for relaxing days by the water.

Our private villa of 181m² completely renovated in 2025 and private, designed to offer a peaceful and comfortable stay from 2 to 8 people. (Completely private accommodation only on this ad! We can also rent the villa in shared outdoor spaces via our ad for 6 people or our ad for 2 people)

You will find two modern kitchens, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a large cosy bed of 160cm, 3 spacious shower rooms, 3 separate toilets, and several private terraces from 25 to 250m². 2 TVs with orange bouquet, Netflix and Disney+ are available.

In addition, the large living room and the two kitchens are at your disposal to make you feel at home.

Enjoy the large 15 x 5 metre swimming pool, surrounded by a large 250 m² terrace equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor lounge. The pool has a depth ranging from 1m10 to 3 metres.

For a peaceful swim, the heated, salt-treated pool is equipped with a safety alarm to ensure a peaceful swim for your children.

The 3000 m² garden has stunning mountain views, perfect for relaxing on the spacious terrace.

Only 10 minutes away, the GR20 trail promises memorable hikes. By car, the Cavu Valley is 10 minutes away, ideal for walks, swimming in natural pools, relaxing moments by the river and outdoor adventures.

25 minutes from Porto-Vecchio. The walls of a sixteenth-century Genoese citadel serve as a backdrop to the old town and offer views of the marina and its yachts. Shops, bars and restaurants line the town's narrow streets and the main square, the Place de la République.

The beaches of Pinarellu, Favone and Saint Cyprien can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car, perfect for sunny days. 30 minutes away, Solenzara offers exciting activities such as tree climbing, canyoning, via ferrata and kayaking.

The idyllic beaches of Santa Giulia and Palombaggia, among the most beautiful in Corsica, are only 40 minutes away. Bonifacio, a must-see, is 50 minutes away, and the majestic Aiguilles de Bavella are an hour's drive away, ready to amaze you.

Conca is a commune in the Corsican Regional Natural Park. In the heart of wooded hills and fertile valleys, Conca is the historic start point of the GR20. Originally, the village of Conca was populated by shepherds who spent the winter there and carried out the transhumance in the summer to Casale, Paliri, Cappeddu and Bavella.
