Relax with a warm bath, and prepare a delicious breakfast in our small, but well-equipped kitchen while you prepare your itinerary for the day, which can consider visiting a beach just 10 minutes away (by car), a famous beach club, an aquatic park , some Mayan ruins, immerse yourself in a fresh cenote, or simply sunbathe next to the pool in the same condominium.

Apartment located in a quiet and private condominium with controlled access.

It has a water heater, laundry area, independent A/C in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms, principal room has a King Size bed and a double kangaroo bed respectively on the secondary one, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, stove and a small kitchenette with utensils.

Shared pool and gym areas.

By car it is located 5 minutes from Plaza las Américas (cinemas, chedrahui, fast food) and 10 minutes from 5th avenue.

Located near Plaza Punto 115, a place with a good atmosphere in the morning and nightlife
