Welcome to Kasa Kosecki! Established in 2020, this is a new venture for us and we love opening up our home to invite guests from near and far.

FOR BOOKINGS BETWEEN JUNE 23 - SEPT 4, 2023, OUR BOOKINGS START ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS AND END ON SATURDAYS. PLEASE INQUIRE WITHIN AS SOME DATES HAVE BEEN BLOCKED FOR OUR FAMILY USE OF THE ENTIRE HOME.
We offer a two bed/1 bath condo-style granny suite, within our beautiful lakefront home. Completely private though from the moment you enter through the keyless code door, you will love waking up to the view of the lake (room #1) or getting ready in your own walk-in closet (room #2). A complete bath with upgraded vanity and high-end lighting all on one level for easy manipulation of those pesky suitcases. Sit on the comfy, trundle couch and binge-watch Netflix on the smart tv, or curl up with a good book in the window on the lounger, all above ground less than 10 ft from the water. Cook up a storm in the kitchen, or chill on your full sized deck with a cocktail (I swear they taste better when on a lake!) We have a BBQ for use, or sit by the fire and roast marshmallows - pls check with host first to ensure there isn't a fire ban.
We are mere minutes from the city of Cambridge with access to restaurants and grocery stores. Parking is free and so are the stunning sunsets. The lake is known for fishing year round and does not allow motorized boats, to ensure a more quiet water experience.
We have a pedal boat you can use, but you must bring your own PFD's to access the water. The kayaks are not ours, as we just store them so we can use them when we would like, as part of the arrangement for storage. They MAY be available to rent, with permission of the owners, but not guaranteed. We cannot answer as to their availability aside from on a day by day basis. As we live on site, we are available to help as much, or as little as you'd like. Come check us out, and allow us to host you in your home away from home.
Please note, that the backyard is not fenced and this is a rural property with wildlife roaming around. Therefore, if your pet is accepted (must be disclosed upfront and accepted by the Owners due to allergies, age restriction of 2 years minimum), it must be on a least at all times outside including when relieving itself, be up to date on all shots, never left at the property unattended and is not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please pack accordingly.
