Great cabin for our group! The common spaces and rooms were comfortable and well equipped and the property was amazing. We had a great time fishing in the pond - look out for the several giant golden koi!

Step back in time and enjoy the Pondview Cabin! Our family thoroughly enjoyed out 3 day stay. We spent our time at the cabin fishing in the pond, enjoying a small fire in the backyard fire pit and playing volleyball on the large backyard. The front porch swing was peaceful in the mornings to enjoy our coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook meals. We loved the quaint living room overlooking the pond. Comfy furniture for everyone to enjoy movies at night. The beds were very comfortable. Our family occupied every bed and there were no complaints in comfort. Two bathrooms was plenty for our family of 6. The cabin was clean and enjoyable. We ate our meals in the screened-in porch, which was nice. And there is a BBQ grill for use as well.

Almost Heaven....

We loved the rustic cabin and all its cozy amenities. We loved touring the town, a horse trail ride and a massage. We traveled down to the beautiful Cacopon River and up to Prospect Peak. Even enjoyed a rainy day reading on the screened porch, fishing the pond in the morning and streaming a movie at night. Special shout out to the shop owners and delicious Lot 12 chef. We'll be back❤️

Excellent accommodations. Full kitchen, plenty of pans and utensils, full stove and dishwasher, excellent grill on the deck. Closet with games and all the things that you might have forgotten to bring. Wood stove kept everything toasty, separate electric baseboard in all the rooms. Large table sat 9 comfortably for Thanksgiving dinner. Really a wonderful experience. Large TV with Netflix, HDMI hook up, we brought a laptop, watched Home Alone 2 to begin the Season.

It sounded like all the amenities and accommodations fit your needs perfectly, and we are glad to hear that. Getting cozy by the fire, while watching a Christmas movie sounds like perfect way to spend the evening. We had lovely time having your group stay with us, and we hope to see you again, soon. Pictures didn't do it justice

The cabin was gorgeous, and stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. The location was peaceful and secluded, but still close to all the local necessities and attractions. We loved the soaking tub in the upstairs bathroom, and probably the only downside was that the shower was on the first floor while the bedrooms are upstairs. The gravel driveway was a little steep and washed out at the bottom following a heavy rain prior to our stay, but we drove slow and had no problems. We took full advantage of the great kitchen, ate all of our meals on the screened in porch, and spent most of the rest of our social time on the two other porches. It was a great place to relax and enjoy nature (including the wildlife that visited the cabin and pond!)

Very comfortable rustic style

Much nicer than in photos with new front porch, screened in side porch and comfy furniture inside and outside. Rustic decor with all modern amenities (outlets/lights, kitchen apppliances, bathrooms), and all very clean. Beautiful view off the back deck of pond and woods. Fully stocked kitchen (could use metal flipper for grill), loads of bath towels and all very clean. Grill is charcoal, not propane. Nice path to walk around the pond, close to town and Cacapon State Park (beware all town restaurants and shops are closed Mon-Wed). Highly recommend.
