The Haven at Hemingways is a 4,600 sq ft, five-bedroom home located at the base of Bald Mountain, steps from the Warm Springs Lodge and Challenger and Greyhawk lifts.

This luxury residence, on three levels with an elevator, offers the space and privacy of a house, with the cleaning and concierge services you’d find in a hotel. And you won’t get closer to the slopes anywhere else in Sun Valley!

Perfect for a large family (up to 10 people), The Haven boasts three master suites with king-sized beds, one bunk room that sleeps four in twin beds, another room with two twin beds. There are four bathrooms. It comes fully stocked with everything you might need -- from spices to shampoo – Daily light housekeeping or a full mid-stay clean is available with advance notice for an additional charge. You will also enjoy a state-of-the-art entertainment system, high-speed internet and wifi, laundry room, heated, two-car garage, heated deck, barbecue, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and a gas fireplace in the main master bedroom.

As one of eight Hemingways residences – and the development’s only standalone property – The Haven offers access to a spacious hot tub (year-round) and heated swimming pool (in summer) as well as a 4,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with fitness area, steam room, and game room. Full concierge services – including, but not limited to, taxi scheduling for airport pick-up and drop off, dinner reservations, ski lesson reservations, ski tuning drop-off and pick-up, pre-arrival grocery shopping – are available for $50 per hour.

At the Warm Springs Lodge, you’ll find full lunch and bar service, a ski shop, and regularly scheduled live music. The surrounding village is also home to locals’ favorite apres ski bar-and-restaurant Apples. Ketchum’s stores and restaurants are a mere five-minute drive away.

Perfect ski vacation home for large family

This house was the ideal house for our large family, very comfortable spread over 3 floors, best location walking to Warm Springs Ski lift, fully stocked kitchen, great view and cleaning service daily.

We had four adults and six kids ages 9 to 17, and this place was fantastic. A beautiful, family-friendly house with daily house cleaning, a great kitchen for cooking, an amazing fireplace, and plenty of space for everyone!

We had another amazing trip to Sun Valley! The location of your Hemingway is perfect. We always enjoy coming back to our favorite mountain and town and being able to walk over easily to the lift every morning, get coffee in the lodge. Thank you!

20th anniversary extravaganza

This property is amazing - 3 king beds, 1 room with 2 twins, and 1 with bunk beds. House is well equipped, daily maid service, and pool/gym room very close. Warm springs creek is right beside the place for fishing. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon.

Fabulous property!

The home was beautiful and the view of Baldy perfect. The kitchen was so well stocked for many family meals and the beds were very comfy. Erica and Rob at the management company were very helpful and prompt. If we have a big group again, this home will be the top pick! The Hemingways appear to be a well managed set of properties.

Wendy, the property manager was outstanding with information on the area, transportation and any other questions. This unit is well appointed, clean clean and spacious enough to accommodate our family and guests for dinner. The patio was special place for cool morning coffee and cocktails in the evening.

Beautiful condo in Sun Valley!

This condo did not disappoint. The location is close to Ketchum and right at the base of the chairlift off Warm Springs. Terrific views from the great room and patio and the home in impeccable shape. I would highly recommend.

Sun Valley 2021

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. And both years it has been wonderful. Everyone has room to join the others or wander off on their own. The location is wonderful. The cleaning people come in daily. We have used the BBQ on the exceptional patio both years. It’s nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. It truly is a slice of heaven on earth

Terrific Sun Valley home with Fabulous Location

We have been to SV many times and stayed at a variety of locations. This is as close to ski in and ski out as you can get-a tremendous convenience. The trip to anything you would need in Ketchum is very quick. The home is exactly as portrayed on the VRBO site. It was spotless, well maintained, and well stocked with that which you might need. The daily cleaning service was very helpful. Perfect place for a family vacation. My highest recommendation!

Truly amazing....

I can't rave about this house enough and whatever review I give it won't do the place justice. Everything about it was top notch, from the kitchen and the appliances, the large bedrooms, and comfortable beds, to the amazing views from the large spectacular living room. And you are at most a 3-minute walk to the Warm Springs lodge and lifts. Also, the daily maid service and attentive, on-site management company were the best. My friends an I have been renting luxury ski in-ski out homes at various resorts in the Rockies for the last 15 year, and no other home has come close to this.

Great location, house, and price

Second time at this property with our group. Super convenient and a tremendously good house for cooking, entertaining, and hanging out. Concierge was responsive. We stayed in more nights than typical due to COVID and built a fire almost every evening - $30 for additional wood at the convenience store solved the problem when we ran out, but surprised it was such a debate with concierge when we requested more. But minor frustration. Otherwise we couldn't have been happier.

Beautiful Place for a Large Family Getaway

We traveled with 6 adults and 4 kids. This house offered 3 king suites on each floor and a bunk room for the kiddos. It had ample space and the décor was perfect. The beds were comfy and the separation of space allowed us to spread out and enjoy downtime when needed. We used the grocery service prior to arrival which was nice. Daily housekeeping was awesome, it was always done when we were out and about and it was so nice to come home to have trash taken out, beds made and dishes put away. The pool and hot tub were great and the area was very quiet. The kids loved the clubhouse and the husbands took advantage of the steam room. This place was such a great hub for our vacation, it really could not have been better!

Perfect location to easily access on foot the Warm Springs lifts and through them the entire SV ski area. Close proximity by foot to ski equipment rental and Apples for apres ski. House was a good size and reasonably well equipped but furnishings and paint are somewhat tired and well worn. Several items weren’t working and access to owner for information to remedy the problems was slower than we would have expected. Management company was always highly responsive. Overall a very good find and we would happily rent there again.

Wonderful property in quiet location

Our stay included three families with children and grandchildren. This home is exactly as advertised, is extremely clean and well maintained. Property managers are on premises and were very helpful with ideas for hiking and other questions. The beds were very comfortable and rooms are large in size. The outdoor deck is what sold us on the property before booking, and it truly is exceptional. We ate outside every night and enjoyed coffee there in the mornings. The kitchen/dining/living area is very open and roomy. Lots of space for everyone to hang out. Kitchen is really well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and we cooked several meals here. The daily housekeeping was nice. The pool is really nice and wasn't crowded at all. The kids swam nearly every day, and it is such a short walk - very convenient. We would definitely stay here again, and we hope to do so.

Great for large families

We had a great time at this beautiful property. Location is so nice, away from downtown but close enough to be very convenient. The pool was warm enough for the kids to swim often, and it is never crowded. We stayed here once before two years ago, and it works really well for our family. The only thing that wasn’t expected is that the large dining table on the deck was removed (possibly broken). The large deck is a major amenity of this unit in the summer. We were able to move some smaller tables from the lower patio, but it should have been replaced. Also, there is no one available to assist with check-in on Saturday or Sunday. Since we had been here before, it wasn’t a problem. But if you are a new renter, you would definitely want someone there to show you how to use the elevator and answer any questions. We would stay here again and likely will.
