Wonderful Stay Near Strip!

House was wonderful, beautiful pool, built in sound system, nice bbq area, massive TV in the house. Pretty much anything you could want, and Rex was a great host! He even came by in the mornings to scoop leaves out of the pool because it was so windy. We would definitely stay here again!

Rex is super easy to work with. The photos don’t do justice to the house. This was the perfect location for us who did not want to stay on the strip, but close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here to see the Dead at the Sphere. We did rent a car, which helped for groceries and get around, but an uber is an option. Location was great. The house accommodated 8 of us no problem with a wonderful pool and bbq grill in the backyard. Highly recommend the house

The host Rex was amazing. The house was gorgeous. There was a pool and spa and he even had an outdoor shower and toilets!! There was a huge volleyball net and a fire pit that he has wood stocked for you. The bbq grill with big screen tv was wonderful and the surround sound speakers ran all through the backyard. The house itself had 3 bedrooms inside and a casita outside. Led lights in every room so you dont run into anything. It was a wonderful stay Rex stops by to show you around and how to use everything which was wonderful and then he tells you to call or text him anytime if something goes wrong or you need anything. He lives nextdoor but he doesnt bother you but keeps himself available for your every need. On our last day he came to say goodbye and asked us how our stay was. Hes a doll we love Rex!!

This property is wonderful with lots of amenities inside and out. The pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen are wonderful. Rex was extremely prompt with communication and very attentive. This property is also close to everything. I will be back.

This is the best Vrbo that’s closest to the strip everything was only a five to ten min drive. The owner is communicative friendly and very professional. I am always staying here with my family when I come to vegas

Great stay in LV

The house is a dream. We had a blast exploring LV with this as our home base. The pool and hot tub were family favorites. Rex was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.
