Easy Walk to Private Beach! Views, Balconies, Pool, Chef Ready

Professionally designed, remodeled and decorated. Villa Emeraude is seconds away from Dunes of Destin stunning private beach - stroll down quiet sidewalk. Four Beach Chairs/2 Umbrellas included! Chef's kitchen was remodeled with gas range which is hard to find in area beach homes. Range has 5th griddle heating element and warming drawer. Conveniently located close to range-oven is a separate prep sink - so you can't have too many cooks in the kitchen! Wet bar offers dedicated and zoned wine and beer refrigerator and stand alone ice maker. Kitchen features a large Cuisinart countertop oven with steam function. All utensils, pots, pans, instapot dutch oven, pasta pot, sheet trays are stocked for the chef. Other appliances include large slow cooker, quality blender, waffle iron, panini press, air fryer, and food processor. You will enjoy larger private pool on end lot with sweeping views of lake, some of gulf, and skyline from expansive wrap-around balconies. Every bedroom opens to dramatic views from fully tiled and furnished balconies, terraces, or verandas. The balconies overlooking pool and lake from 2nd and 3rd floors are expansive, wrap-around relaxation areas.

Bathrooms just remodeled with designer tile and deep soaker tub. High end vanities and shower sprayers. Photos coming!

Main living-dining space and three bedrooms are super-sized and not the cramped gathering quarters most vacation homes have left over. All bedrooms are en-suite. Two living areas in 3rd floor loft and living room provide entertainment options. There is a separate video gaming space with Atari and X-Box off of garage for kids. Home has highest speed "gigablast" wifi with extenders for each floor and back yard.

Back patio and pool area are landscaped and provide shaded table with benches, seating sectional, various chairs, and TV. Largest Weber grill with searing element is at end of patio. There is also convenient outdoor shower.

TWO sets of beach chairs/umbrella are provided from March to end of October. Full beach service is in effect at Dunes' beach.

Great Place to Stay!

Really just awesome! Karen is attentive to needs and responds quickly. Cant imagine the stay being any better! We had 18 in our group. Plenty of space for everyone. Easy to find and get in and out to attractions. Beach is very close within a minute of walking. Very nice location and just overall a nice property.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautiful, pristine and full of everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pool was perfect for the days it was too windy at the beach. This house was amazing! It had everything we needed. It was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. We had a group of 15 and there was plenty of room for everyone and then some. The walk to the beach was only a minute or 2. We would definitely stay here again.

Villa Emeraude was a fantastic vacation rental! The house was absolutely beautiful, with tasteful decor and all the comforts we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean daily. The private pool was a highlight—it was clean, well-maintained, and a perfect place to relax. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Villa Emeraude to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Karen's house was the perfect spot for our family's vacation in Florida. We needed a large house with plenty of beds for the 15 of us (4 families) and the layout of the bedrooms (and with each having it's own bathroom) was exactly what we needed. The house itself is very nice and the fact that you can be on the beach in less than 2 minutes was fantastic! Karen was very responsive and would even check in periodically to make sure all was good. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Everyone agreed that we found the best house in Destin. Thanks again for everything!

This house was perfect for our large family. Plenty space for the adults and kids to spread out. The house had everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home. Perfect Stay!

After looking for a beach house for days on vrbo, I finally came across Emeraude Dunes of Destin. It is everything it says it is. Great communication with property manager. Very spacious and accommodated all of our needs for a family trip. We even had a full rainy day and the kids were happy playing inside with all the game options, and pool, also enough TVs for everyone to enjoy their own shows. We will definitely book again.

Wonderful House - great for all ages

We loved this house. It was nice that the main floor was different than the pool - it allowed for separation of the fun. The kitchen was wonderful - nice and big. Used both tables for eating. Bedrooms were great. Beach was very private and quiet. Enjoyed this vacation very much.

Incredible Home

House is as advertised! Great size in all the rooms and the kitchen is perfect with plenty of frig and freezer storage. The owner Karen is on top of everything and is just as concerned about your quality of stay as you are. We have stayed at this house for the last 3 years and definitely will be back again!

I have owned and managed my own vacation homes for 23 years. Started with beautiful ski homes in Big Sky, Montana. Many of my guests are repeat and referral and are also long-time friends! I want my home to be a wonderful backdrop for making the kind of memories that I have created with my 7 grandchildren at the beach. We love cooking, grilling, swimming, and enjoying the beach together.

Why they chose this property

I considered over 100 homes before choosing Villa Emeraude. Then I hired a general contractor to take the home apart and rebuild it. We redecorated and remodeled. I found this home so appealing for my extended family of 15 because of the large and roomy gathering spaces and spacious bedroom-bathroom combinations. And, all the outdoor terraces features offer al fresco dining and coffee or cocktail sipping opportunities everywhere!

What makes this property unique

It took me just over one minute to walk to beach gate down the sidewalk with 3 y-o grandson. Villa Emeraude sits on a corner lot that provides more privacy than many homes in beach neighborhoods. Everyone has space to relax and enjoy the views! Dunes is a very special neighborhood with a U-shape gated cul-de-sac of homes that share beach access.
