Nice holiday home with a wonderful view to the mountains and sauna

This cozy holiday home in the mountains, sleeps up to 8 people (ideal for 2 families) and is located in a very beautiful altitude above the Raurisertal at 1, 260 m above sea level. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the impressive mountains of the Hohentauern.
The house consists of 2 separate floors with separate entrances: 2 living areas / rooms, 2 kitchens, 4 bedrooms (two with bunk beds), 2 bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower and washing machine). The apartments are heated with Swedish ovens (wood) as well as electric radiators and infrared heaters with additional requirements.
Relaxation and tranquility can be found in the sauna, which also provides a cozy resting-place for relaxation from everyday life. The electric oven allows easy heating. Shower or cooling in the snow bring the circulation in momentum.
During the summer months, the garden invites to a wide range of activities. Whether a camp fire in the evening or a cozy barbecue evening - a place to feel good. There are also two swings available for children.
W-LAN and cable TV are provided free of charge.
All seasons offer a perfect setting for a time out on the alp with family or friends. Whether winter sports - alpine, touring or cross-country skiing until spring - or a hiking holiday in summer and autumn - everything is possible.
The beautiful and above all not spilled ski resort "Hochalmbahnen" in Rauris is about 10 min. away. Cross-country ski runs, ice climbing facilities, touring or a natural toboggan run can be found in the immediate vicinity.
From spring to late autumn, the Rauris Valley offers numerous possibilities for hiking, many huts invite you to stop for a break. A few hundred meters from our house there is the possibility to visit a Brotbackkurs (freestanding wood stove).

Perfekter ruhiger Aufenthalt

Wir (4 Erw. U. 4 Kinder) haben die Zeit in der Berghoamat sehr genossen und können Sie wärmstens empfehlen. Einzig dass nur die untere Wohnung über eine Küche verfügt hatten wir so im Inserat nicht verstanden. Das war aber für unseren Aufenthalt kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

wunderbare Lage des Hauses , schöne Inneneinrichtung , wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt , allerdings war die Außenanlage/Garten in einem relativ ungepflegten Zustand , keinerlei Vergleich mit den Fotos im Online - Inserat , da besteht dringender Handlungsbedarf !!!

Bergwandern

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Wir waren mit Hund angereist und haben uns auf den umzäunten Garten gefreut, welcher für diesen auch mal alleine begehbar sein sollte. Leider war dieser nicht besonders gepflegt, sodass wir dann doch lieber mit dem Hund zum Gassigehen das Grundstück verlassen haben. Das wäre auch unser einziger Kritikpunkt, weil wir bei supertollem Sommerwetter den Garten gerne mit Hund genutzt hätten. Ansonsten können wir dieses Objekt für Leute, die Ruhe möchten und gerne mit Rad oder zu Fuß unterwegs sind, nur weiterempfehlen.

Winter 2023

Wir verbrachten hier wunderschöne Tage mit der ganzen Familie. Das Tal ist nicht überlaufen und sehr ursprünglich, man hat alle Möglichkeiten den Winter in den Bergen zu genießen. Das Ferienhaus war rustikal und gemütlich und bot genügend Platz für unsere Familie (8 Personen). Besonderes Schmankerl war die Sauna, die wir auch oft nutzten. Einzig einige Küchenutensilien sollten vielleicht wieder mal ersetzt bzw. besorgt werden. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, …die Vogtländer

Traumhaftes Haus in toller Lage

Durch Zufall sind wir in der „Berghoamat“ gelandet und kommen sicher wieder. Tolles Haus, super eingerichtet, gemütlich und es fehlt an nichts. Draußen Feuerstelle, Schaukeln, Tränke, Ruhe und toller Blick. Gekrönt wird das ganze dann durch eine tolle Landschaft und eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die wir immer schnell erreichen konnten. DANKE! Den Kindern und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!!!

Ein wunderbares Häusle

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und alle nötigen Informationen haben wir vorab erhalten :) Schneeketten sind ziemlich oft absolut nötig!

Winterurlaub in der FeWo Bergheimat

Die FeWo liegt in einer recht idyllischen Region - ABER: Ziemlich abgewohnte nicht sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Nach dem Schilauf können max. 2 Personen duschen gehen, denn dann gibt es leider kein warmes Wasser mehr...… Ich kann es leider nicht weiter empfehlen

Goldener Herbst im Raurisertal

Wir fanden ein urgemütliches, sehr sauberes und komplett ausgestattetes Haus mit grandiosem Blick auf das Raurisertal vor. Das nahegelegene Seidlwinkeltal sowie der Talschluss des Raurisertals mit dem Rauriser Urwald boten uns Gelegenheit zu unvergesslichen Wanderungen durch den goldenen Herbst - wir kommen wieder! :)

Absolute Ruhe und tolle Natur

Wir hatten einen wunderbar erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür und herrliche Ruhe mit grandiosem Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Winterurlaub im Ferienhaus Berghoamat zum 2.mal

Eine Woche in der Berghoamat

Ideal für 2 Familien mit Kindern, wir haben die Ruhe und den Nachbarschaftsservice mit frischen Eiern & hausgemachter Butter sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung, wir haben nichts vermisst. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an Christiane, die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert.

Entspannung pur

Hier kann man wirklich entspannen. Dieses Haus bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Den Ofen mit Buchenholz geheizt bei einem Glas Rotwein lässt einen schnell Urlaubsgefühle aufkommen. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Matratzen in den Doppelbetten sind gerade richtig, nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Als krönenden Abschluß kann man in die durchaus gelungene Sauna gehen. Eine Doppelgarage ist gerade im Winter ideal. Die Straße zu dem Haus wurde geräumt und wir brauchten keine Schneeketten. Dieses Haus kann man durchaus weiterempfehlen und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
