This corner unit directly overlooks Atlanta's main artery. The area is safe, well traveled, and has City Ambassadors conveniently positioned to help and guide.
All of the Downtown attractions are just a few minutes walking distance, including the Georgia Aquarium , World of Coca Cola, CNN, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, and Mercedes Benz Stadium. The condo is also one block from the Apparel and Merchandise Markets.
Regarding parking - there is a paid parking lot located directly next to the building @ 17 BAKER ST NW. Rates range anywhere from $15-$25/day depending on how busy downtown is.
If you don't mind walking 3 blocks, there is a slightly cheaper and more secure parking garage, with nightly rates around $12 I think.

Great location if you’re going to State Farm arena as we were able to walk there in under 20 min. The apartment could have been cleaner. It smelled bad in the room and the hallways. Very out dated and the plug in the bathroom did not work. However, if you don’t mind these things, not a bad stay for only one night.
The host reached out. Great location. Good security.

The condo has been poorly maintained and not well cleaned. I was disappointed upon arrival to find that the couch had a very odd smell as did the kitchen which I suspect was coming from the dish drying mat. The Ottoman and the table were sticky. The bathroom outlet did not work and the ceiling looks like it needs some serious attention. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. This unit could use a very thorough deep cleaning and an upgrade on the sleeping Arrangements.
Parking was simple and easy, location safe and very convenient for all things downtown. A nice little spot!

It was centrally located as advertised, but there was dust on the ceiling fans and shelves, dried food on the silverware, and the hallway coming off of the elevator smelled like urine. I wont be staying there again.
I had a great time at this unit. My host Kevin was very responsive and very understanding throughout my whole stay. I will definitely come back again!!!
Great location. Close to the train. We walked everywhere, lots of fun downtown activities and restaurants. Host was very responsive when we contacted him. 24 hour front door building personnel was welcoming.
had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore and get around. The owner was very communicative and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again!
The space needed to be updated. The pictures online felt more updated than the apartment did in person. There were e several maintenance issues where there were no lights in the livingroom ceiling fixture. The air-condition was not adequate to keep the entire apartment cool. But fans were provided to cool the separate bedroom. The neighborhood is loud. There were always people loitering outside the building and there was a lot of street noise. I appreciate the concierge that the building provided and the access restriction madee feel safer. When I checked in with the concierge, she had me in a different apartment than the one the host stated I would be in. I was unsure of what room to occupy, which lead to see me anxiety and fear. It was an affordable price, but definitely one that has some flaws.
This apartment is a great space. The location was perfect for my conference. The apartment could use a thorough cleaning, more lights and additional towels.
First , must say that our host was very prompt and helpful every time we had a question or problem. Location to all attractions is great. A City pay to park lot was right next to the building,Walking distance to all we wanted to see. The unit shows its age but was comfortable and clean .The building was very secure with a 24/7 employee at the desk to ring you in. There were some damage to interior doors that I brought to the host attention. (Of course photos online didn’t show missing and broken doors) .When the AC in front room needed repair he quickly had that running fine the next morning.Easy access to and from I 85.
This place was repugnant. Soon as we pulled up it was homeless people everywhere. The building is old. Smelled horrible. People were hanging out in the lobby. Once I got to the apartment, I cannot believe what I witnessed. Everything was extremely raggedy. The bathroom look nothing like the pictures. There was a curtain separating the bedroom in the hallway. It was a hole in the door.. It was just ridiculous. I packed my bags and left immediately.. couldn’t even get a refund. I recommend that this apartment gets taken off the list completely.
This property is great for a quick stay for a single or a couple. The staff at the building are very helpful and friendly. The downtown location is great.
