Nestled high on a ridge top along scenic road on St Croix's prestigious North Shore sits Brimstage Estate. The 3 bedroom/2.5 bath villa offers 180 degree views of St Croix that stretch from the North to South shore and include; the US and British Virgin Islands, Salt River, Buck Island, Green Cay, and Christiansted.

The salt water pool with swim up pool bar and sunken-outdoor kitchen offer an ideal place to enjoy an afternoon cocktail and burgers on the grill or perhaps end your evening sipping champagne as you gaze out upon the twinkling lights of Christiansted at night and the million dollar view. New for 2025 is a sundeck allowing for morning to late afternoon sunshine with comfortable lounge chairs.

Ideally situated facing east this charming Caribbean villa takes full advantage of the constant trade winds. The main villa consists of an open living/dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath, and half bath. There are 20 foot open beamed ceilings and lovely ceramic floors throughout. Step through the double French doors out onto the wraparound arched gallery that has an outdoor dining table and sitting area as well as shaded porch swing. Just off the main patio besides the pool with swim up pool bar and outdoor kitchen is the separate Caribbean themed guest sleeping quarters with a large private deck. The two bedrooms have separate entrances and share a common bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the other has two queen size beds. The villa is equipped with a 40K generator, so you will always have power.

The villa is located mid-island on St Croix and is within 15 minutes of Christiansted and 20 minutes of Frederiksted. It is 5 minutes from Cane Bay and the beach, snorkeling, and diving and 10 minutes from golfing at Carambola. There is a tenant living in the separate guest house on the hillside below the main house in case of emergencies; your privacy is their main concern.

The villa comes equipped with lots of extras such as beach towels, beach chairs, pool floats, various coolers, assorted snorkel gear, cd’s, dvd’s etc.

The driveway and exterior parking area/entrance are monitored by camera for your safety. The Hot Tub that was previously mentioned in reviews has been removed and the space is now a sun deck area that allows for late afternoon sunbathing.

Gorgeous views and Spacious house

We loved our stay there and we will remember this place for its space, amazing views and gorgeous sunrises. The area is quite and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. Our two college aged kids took advantage of the different areas of the terrace and the pool. Wally gave us good tips for shopping and was prompt to reply to our messages. This place is the perfect vacation home.

A great view

The title of the listing is not an exaggeration -- the views are amazing from near the top of the range. This was our fourth trip to STX and we all agreed, this was the best house we have stayed at in that time. Close enough to Christiansted that the drive to town is only around 20 min. but also far enough away to be calm and quiet. Communication with the owner and the local property managers was great, even though we had no issues.

The view and the home are wonderful!

Perched on the hillside, the views are simply amazing.. Loved watching the rain storms roll by! The home was very comfortable and felt homey to us. We lived on the patio and in the pool. The kitchen and BBQ were easy to use and move around in and about. It was a nice relaxing break from the world. Hope to stay there again soon. Thank you Wally and Mgmt team for a wonderful time! Great stay with great communication

We enjoyed our stay at the villa immensely. Great common spaces to spend time in together, and very clean rooms. BEAUTIFUL master suite! The kitchen is larger than it appears in pics! Our only “heads up” is that this (like many vacation rentals on the island) is up a windy road with a significant elevation increase. It made for beautiful views, but also made us need to plan our comings and goings efficiently because the drive can be a challenge for those prone to carsickness (especially in the backseat!)

Awesome!

Pictures and description do not justice to Brimstage. Views were spectacular, and the house had everything you could need. From a well appointed kitchen, to beach chairs and coolers, and everything in between. On site, Anne and Paul were great and answered all our questions and had great recommendations. The owner Wally made went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We'd definitly return.

Beautiful Place

The place was beautiful and very comfortable. Host was very nice. Only complaint would be having the neighbor so close. There is a boom box in the living room that is Bluetooth and is pretty loud so we had a complaint about the music. There was also a storm that hit us and the kitchen window didn’t close so we woke up to a huge mess in the kitchen. Water was everywhere. But other than that, it was an amazing stay and great location.

The view! Amazing

We loved our stay and the host, Wally, was so communicative and kind! If youre looking for a comfortable stay and a view for miles and miles you cant go wrong. The only downside for us was that we had a lot of windy days during our 2 weeks which actually made it too cold to use the pool much. The locals tell me december is often windy (as opposed to the normal breezy). Believe it or not the temperature was in the high 80s every day. We werent cold but didnt need to cool off. Lol

Home Away From Home

There is absolutely nothing that is missing from this St Croix North Shore Rental- (well minus the zipline to the beach) There was everything you could ask for and more, we made belgium waffles one morning and BBQ'd everynight. The pool was a delight to cool off and the hot tub in the evenings was glorious! Having lived by the ocean before the outdoor shower was refreshing. We could not have asked for anything more- The owner desires your perfect get away and will do whatever he can to ensure you do. If your looking for a vacation home, this is your place, without a doubt I recommend it! Enjoy-

Two week winter break

Brimstage is very comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of options for sitting on the deck and enjoying the magnificent view. We mainly cook dinner in rather than go out and the grill, oven, and stovetop were all in good working order. The ice maker and blender were put to good use making Cruzan Confusion drinks and other tropical cocktails! The owner Wally was very helpful and had some great suggestions for our time on island and the on-island co-host Mindy also welcomed us, and both were very timely responding to any questions we might have had. we would come back here in a heartbeat and hopefully will some day!

Great location and views

This property did have great views out onto Christiansted and its bay and beyond to the east and southeast. The breezes from the elevation did help keep the bugs at bay (midgies, no seeums, etc) that we battled at the beach. The amenities, including quality cookware and cutlery that we walways find lacking at rentals were of good quality to allow us to cook our meals with ease. What we did not know from the listing is that there is another home on property very close to this house whose occupants are actively in and out and their stairway faces the patio. Also, the pool is solar heated so the temperature seems to vary depending on the amount of sun during the morning and early afternoon when the water is actively pumped to the roof. We had a rainy and overcast week so the pool stayed at a cooler Caribbean temperature versus a true heated pool. We very much enjoyed our stay and Wally was very kind to check in with us throughout the week to make sure we were doing well with everything.

Four divers had a great time

The pictures don't do justice, the views from the decks are just spectacular. Our trip was late May/early June and we hit the weather and temperature perfectly, 70 degrees in the evenings with nice breeze to keep the bugs away. We spent our evenings out on the decks just soaking in the views with a drink. The inside of the house is very nice and the kitchen worked very well for us since we cooked most of our meals - well stocked with dishes and utensils. I recommend loading up on food essentials on your initial grocery run, store is about 15 minutes away. We were on St Croix for diving and really enjoyed Cane Bay, more so than the west end. This was primarily because all the Cane Bay sites were easily accessible from shore. However, the pier at Fred is a must dive. The house is ~15 minutes to Cane Bay and its a fun drive (best to have a truck). The owner Wally is an excellent host and made everything very easy. Mindy the property manager was also very attentive and was there to help with anything if needed. Highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Best Views and VRBO on Island

This is the place to be! The views are extraordinary! My husband and our best friend couple visited for our 10 year wedding anniversary from 12/29/24-1/5/25 during the Crucian Christmas Festival. Though one of the busiest times on St. Croix, we had an amazing time! We even took a day to check out a few properties with an amazing local realtor while we were here in hopes of an investment opportunity. Even the properties we viewed didn't have the amazing views as our VRBO with Wally. The layout of the residence is conducive to privacy and relaxation. It was very hard to aquire a vehicle, so if you plan your trip during Christmas/New Year's, book your vehicle well in advance with Centerline or Olympic. You MUST have a vehicle! The entrance to this VRBO is a little scary as the drive is straight-- up. But was very manageable after the initial drive up. Try to arrive early enough to find the place in the light, it is much more difficult after dark. The lock box was a bit tricky, but we figured it out. Also be aware that there are many potholes across the island and the locals drive fast. They will also cross the centerline to avoid potholes and can create a few close call situations. As we were here during New Year's Eve, we arrived back to the VRBO to ring in the New Year. We could see the fireworks in Christiansted from the deck. It was awesome to be "above" fireworks and even though they were so far away, it was a very cool experience. You can still hear the waves thou
