About this property

Manor - Spacious home, secluded yet close to everything

We normally only rent the three houses on our property as a package that sleeps 20. Now you can choose from one of our three homes. This one we call Manor. Be advised that the next-door Cabin could be rented to another party. Open dining, kitchen, sitting room, with loft. Enjoy the back deck with hot tub. Add the Cabin for more guests; contact us. Close to Dripping Springs (10 minutes), Austin Downtown (15 - 20 Minutes), Salt Lick Restaurant (less than 10 minutes).

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use toilet paper only in septic system. Damage caused by improper use will be charged.
Manor guests must not park in front of Cabin if Cabin has paying guests.
7% Dripping Springs Hotel Tax must be paid before booking acceptance.
