Magical setting under a Palapa. Total Privacy and stunning views.
This unique Puerto Vallarta rental villa is a favorite with our guests. Experience living under a tropical and romantic palapa overlooking Puerto Vallarta. There are two spacious sitting areas and a private terrace. The views are incredible from every room in this amazing vacation property. Brightly colored Mexican tiles surround the fountain, and cover the kitchen counters. They are a feast for your eyes.
The dining room also offers unobstructed views of Vallarta and has a large table that comfortably seats 8.
The master bedroom suite has a king size bed which looks out to sea, and of course a private bathroom. The jungle hard woods, the thatched roof, and the gentle breezes, combine to create a timeless peaceful setting. You will never want to leave.

I have been a host in Puerto Vallarta since 1994. I bought my property in October of 1993, with the goal of running a small hotel and arrived from Toronto Canada in February of 1994. I have never looked back. It is a wonderful business, which I never tire of. Have met amazing people who have enriched my life, and I hope we have added to their lives.
Why they chose this property
When I first arrived our neighbourhood looked very different than it does today. I was surrounded by jungle, and there was not a condominium in sight. In fact, the road was unpaid, and we had no water from the city. Over time, the neighborhood, known as Amapas, has changed dramatically, although our unobstructed view, is intact. The area is a short walk to downtown, the beaches, shops bars and restaurants, but far enough away to still be quiet and peaceful.
What makes this property unique
Our property is an oasis of Mexican charm, and total privacy. The only areas shared with other guests are the pool, and pool terrace and our botanical garden. The botanical garden is magical. It boast 3 separate terraces, fabulous views, and a hot tub. Our style is traditional with bold colors, and beautiful tiles. Your hosts live on the premises and we are here to make sure every detail is attended to. Our staff is warm and friendly, and will make sure your stay is seamless.
