PORT CAMARGUE - LAC SALONIQUE - Detached house of 53m² type P3 duplex with terrace and solarium - Come and spend a pleasant holiday in this pretty house in the area of Lake Saloniki. Composed on the ground floor of a living room with bz 1 place in 120cm (tv, air conditioning and wifi), overlooking the terrace with all the necessary furniture and barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms each with a double bed 140cm and air conditioning, one with a solarium of 15m², ideal for sunbathing. All comfort. Very close to shops and 10min walk to the beach. Furnished and equipped for 5 people. Pets not allowed.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person

Two deposit checks are to be delivered to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for the apartment and 100€ household deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
