Pet Friendly Waterfront Property features 3 homes (Duplex & Single Family)

This property is one unit in a duplex located directly on Old Clearwater Bay features a screened in porch with water views on one side & garden views on the other. It is the perfect place to read a book, enjoy a glass of wine and the dogs love it because it is a safe cool area where they can be by your side.

You can relax & lounge on the very large common area patio to enjoy the view of the water & watch the fish jump. If you are lucky you might catch a dolphin or manatee in the area. There is a BBQ grill for anyone to use on the patio, each unit is equipped with their own cooking supplies & utensils. We also have bikes, kayaks & a canoe for tenants to use as well. The property is very quiet and relaxing, but if you are looking for nightlife "Clearwater Beach" and downtown Dunnedin are only a few miles away

Great visit for kids and adults

My four kids and I had a terrific time here. The unit was very clean, setup with for our stay, and in a great location. We absolutely loved the screened in porch, great place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning! Would 100% stay here again.

Clearwater/Dunedin

Location was great; close to Dunedin which we enjoy and Clearwater Beach. The dock (for fishing), bikes, kayaks and patio area with a grill were great.

Nice place. Access to kayaks and other toys was great.

We loved the area. The place was older but in good condition. Short drive to the beach and so much more. We really liked the kayaks and access to the dock in the backyard. My kids loved kayaking with the manatees in the small bay.

Great Rental

John and Laura were so welcoming. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was stocked with everything we needed plus a few little extras that were so nice. It was a nice quiet location and close to the main beaches and the great little town of Dunedin. If we are ever back in Clearwater we would stay here again.

Amazing

We stayed over July 4th week and the location, property, and the owners made this stay spectacular. The house comes with everything you will need except food. The shared common area outside was great and the biggest perk is they allow your pets to stay.

I love this place

The property is amazing , very clean and spacious. The owner provided us with anything we needed, she was super ...she was even very cognizant of Covid 19 needs!! The owner was very friendly and kind, the location is amazing...close to Dunedin, the Seminole boat ramp, honeymoon island and Clearwater beach..I will definately be back to this rental..

Great location!

Laura the owner was very accommodating before we book the place.The house is small, but was perfect for 3 of us and our two large dogs. House was well equipped with anything we needed for our stay. There are kayaks/canoe and bicycles available and a shared sitting area near private dock. Location is really amazing, quiet neighborhood and a park with a sidewalk next to the river to watch sunset. There is a breakfast restaurant just 5 min walk and many other dining options within 10 min drive. Overall it was a great vacation and we want to return there for sure.

Can’t say enough about the property, suffice to say we will be there next year. Laura and John are terrific hosts and fun to hang out with. The place is clean, nice neighborhood and very conveniently located. Hated leaving but look forward to next year!

Quiet, well maintained, and centrally located..

Well pleased with my first rental through Vrbo. After studying the Gulf shore area and it's attractions, I decided on the Dunedin/Clearwater area.. It made for a perfect "base of operations", for Mimi and Pa and a daughter and two grandkids to have a wonderful week.

Enjoyed out stay.

We had a wonderful time. Stayed 4 nights which was not long enough. Location was perfect. We loved the outdoor space. We had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating. The only complaint are the beds were not comfortable in either bedroom. Having comfortable beds would make a huge difference. We would come back again especially if they had new beds.

Perfect Spot

It was the perfect quiet spot for our getaway. It had everything we needed right on the property. Nice view of the water with a grill and area to enjoy the weather. Very close to Clearwater Beach. Property owners answered all our questions very quickly. The property had bikes, canoes and a boat for our use as well. Definitely would recommend .

Great place for dogs

Owners are very nice and the place is well equipped with bikes and kayaks to enjoy the area. They took good care of our two dogs, providing beds and treats for them. There is a lovely view of the water from the screened porch and backyard.

Amazing Hosts- Wonderful for Pets

John and Laura were absolutely amazing hosts and it was a great place for my 2 small dogs. When we arrived, they had a nice welcome bag for us. They ensured we were well prepared for our stay and addressed all my questions really quickly (even had doggie bag of treats, bed, and the cutest doggie bowls). The location is amazing- right on the water. We would definitely stay there again as we loved the hosts and location!

Relaxing stay

This was excellent place to stay with our dogs. Plus, we didn’t have to walk far to see the water. Shopping was close by car. We would recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.
