We are an owner-managed cabin located in the prestigious Black Bear Ridge Resort 1.5 miles from Pigeon Forge attractions and only 4 miles from Dollywood!

This cabin is perfect for multi-generational family gatherings and offers unobstructed views, 8 patios, a game room and home theater.

After a full day of adventure unwind in your private hot tub while taking in the spectacular scenery.

There are 10 smart TVs and a theater room for your family utilizing your own logins for apps - Netflix, Disney+, YouTubeTV, Hulu, Plex, Peacock, etc (no cable/satellite tv). Outdoor propane grill.

WIFI Speeds of 200 Mbps downstream and 10 Mbps upstream - 3 access points throughout the cabin.

Awesome Home

I had a great experience renting this property. From, booking my reservation, to concluding my visit, was great! The cabin manager made himself readily available to me and even gave me some pointers on finding fishing locations. What you see on the website for this home is what you're getting. No false or misleading pictures. I'm definitely recommending this cabin for anyone and I'll definitely book with them again!

Perfect Spot for Families

We had a fantastic day at Grizzly Mountain Lodge. Had six families there for a 10 y/o baseball tournament. The boys had an absolute blast playing together in the game room, and there was plenty of space to eat and entertain. Having so many master suites also made a great for multiple families to have their own space. Location is also very easy for access to downtown Pigeon Forge, and all the entertainment it holds. Archie was very responsive, provided all the necessary details to have a great time in the house, and quickly took care of any questions or needs we had. Would stay again, highly recommend.

Great Family Reunion Spot!

My family is scattered over 5 states, so we convened at Dollywood for a family reunion, and this cabin was great! Huge and very clean - we loved the big dining tables and the theater room. It was a great fit!

Much TLC needed...

We booked this property for the size of our family as well as most importantly - the high reviews it had. We can't understand how this property received so many positive reviews since it certainly did not meet the expectations we had from the online listing. 1. First, the place is in desperate need of some TLC. The furnishings are very worn and in need of upgrades. 2. The floors were so dirty that our socks were black from walking around the house. 3. Trash was full when we got there so we struggled to get rid of trash until about 3 days into our stay. There is also trash and extra building materials under the steps and to the side of the house. 4. The kitchen is the tiniest kitchen I have ever seen and in no way fit for a house that has 8 bedrooms. 5. The house is incredibly drafty and we were so cold in the evenings - there are big gaps in the doorways to the porches so cold air just blew right in. We were all looking for extra blankets and even had family that was arriving later bring extra blankets. 6. No shower curtains, only liners that were difficult to keep water from getting on the floor. Their solution is to hang signs that say if you get water on the floor that it will leak to the lower level, so be careful. Why not just invest in decent shower curtains?? 7. Lightbulbs out in various needed places as well as a clogged drain in the second floor shower. On a positive note, the owners/managers are incredibly good at response time and communication.

Amazing Cabin in the Smokey Mountains

My extended family (14 total from ages 2-65) and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible eight-bedroom cabin in Gatlinburg, and it exceeded every expectation I had for a mountain getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a sense of tranquility that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The cabin itself is has spacious rooms that effortlessly blend modern comfort with the charm of the Smoky Mountains. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal. We enjoyed family dinners around the two large dining tables, which easily accommodated our entire group. The living areas are spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and quality time together. The hot tub was an added bonus, providing a luxurious way to unwind while taking in the tranquility of the mountain. The amenities offered at this cabin included game room with a pool table and arcade games to the home theater that made movie nights unforgettable, there was never a dull moment. The location of the cabin is also ideal, providing a sense of seclusion while still being conveniently close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg's attractions and hiking trails. Cabin among the cabins

This cabin was good in the fact that it had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Downside, tiny kitchen. We had to bring some tables with us because we knew there wouldn't be enough prep or serving space. If you dont plan on eating there much, then this is great. The other downside is that there are a lot of cabins close to each other. The blinds dont fit some of the windows too well and in one of the bathrooms, you feel pretty exposed when using the toilet or taking a shower. Another downside was that there wasn't a mop to clean the floors. We had 15 people in and out for 7 days and cooking three meals a day. The floors got pretty gross after the third day. Thankfully there was a broom and dust pan. That helped a lot as we swept after every meal. We didnt use the hot tub, as the only access was through one of the king rooms, and nobody wanted to disturb the people in that room. The game area was great and we used the theater area as a conference room and Zoom central. We enjoyed ourselves and our Retreat was fairly successful. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great Property and Convenient Location

Staying here made our family trip a breeze! We came with a group of 16 and the house was spacious and comfortable. Check in information as well as info about the house and neighboring areas was available in multiple formats. This made everything readily accessible and easy to share with other members of the group. Finally the location was great- convenient to all the areas that we wanted to visit!

Family reunion

We had 16 family members ( three generations), stay Friday to Monday and it was awesome! Great parking, the kids loved the bunk room, and all the adults/couples had great private rooms. With the theater room, the family room area, and four levels, everyone could get together, or spread out and get some space. The dining tables might be our favorite feature! Sixteen of us at one table, a buffet on the other, and we weren’t crowded! Highly recommend this property! We’ll be back!

Great Cabin, not far from the main strip

Communication with the property manager prior to our stay was awesome. All information regarding the cabin was available digitally and well before our stay. I really like the ability to forward the information to the other guest that was staying in the cabin as well. Day of arrival went very smooth. The house was clean except for two of the Jacuzzi tubs. I did reach out to the property manager via email and phone. They offered to send someone out to clean it. I mainly reached out to them because I know the price of cleaning can be expensive and to make the company aware. The cabin is located less than 10 minutes from everything. They are nearby, grocery stores and eateries as well.

Weekend Getaway

Our cabin stay was wonderful! We were a group of 21 ranging in age from 8 to 60. All, both young and old, truly enjoyed the amenities this cabin had to offer. The layout was so spacious! We never felt cramped or on top of each other. At any given time some were watching a movie in the theatre room, others were playing pool and arcade games and still others would be chatting in the dining area or just lounging in several of the lounge areas. Just a great vibe throughout our stay. So much so that we never wanted to leave! The check-in and check-out process was seamless and the host was so communicative. Great customer service! If we are ever in Tennessee we know where we are going to stay. Thanks again for some great memories!

Beautiful but HOT

This property was absolutely gorgeous! Archie and Vince were very attentive and responded to needs almost immediately. A few things that made our trip less than perfect. The air conditioning in the basement and top floor did not work well, if at all. We tried to have it fixed during our stay but it was not fixed. The basement and top floor were SO HOT we had to have the air turned down on the other floors as low as it could go just to get a little relief. The middle two floors were FREEZING because of this. It especially hard on the top floor (which is where the bunk beds were) with young children who had a hard time sleeping in the heat. The ice maker also was not working well. Other than that, wonderful property in a great location! We especially loved the big long tables that allowed us all to eat together as a family.

Birthday Vacation

We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday along with his brother’s and nephew’s. It was a nice reunion as we had family from TX, TN, and FL. We absolutely enjoyed the cabin! My favorite was the theater room. Had a little hiccup on the first night, but the Host communicated with us quickly and resolved the issue. Thank You!
