New construction beach house located within walking distance to Scarborough Beach! Just built in 2020, this home incorporates an open floor plan with central air, modern new furniture, and cool beach tones throughout.

The main floor's spacious layout boasts a dining room, kitchen, half bath, and family room. The dining room comfortably seats 6 for formal dining, while the kitchen island seats 4. Fully open to the dining room is the wonderfully chic kitchen that offers gray shaker-style cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a classic subway tile backsplash. In addition, there is a sliding glass door from the dining room which leads to the deck with a gas grill. Relax and catch up on your favorite shows in the family room that has a sleek ceiling fan controlled by a remote, and a 70” TV.

Retreat to the master bedroom en-suite on the third level that holds a king size bed, walk-in closet, 60” TV, a ceiling fan, and a private full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have full size beds, and ceiling fans. In the hallway, outside of the bedrooms, is a full bath, and a closet that contains the conveniently located washer and dryer.

The lower level boasts a large additional room that has a queen size bed, 50” TV, and private half bath. There is an exterior side door within this room to exit to the side yard. The side yard leads to the backyard which includes everyone's favorite amenity, a fully enclosed outdoor shower, that sits on a stone patio!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
