This is a main floor unit that is backing on to the beautiful Monterra Golf Course, has a large patio with table, chairs, outdoor gas barbecue.

The Open concept Great Room has gas fireplace, with 65 " Smart TV in the great room. 40 " Smart TV in Master bedroom and 32 " Smart TV in the second bedroom.

FREE high speed internet, WiFi and Netflix.
Hardwood floors , All new appliances, Brand new King size bed (2019) in master bedroom, Brand new rollaway bed, Brand New Queen size bed (2020) in second bedroom, Brand new pull out queen couch/bed (2020) that sleeps 2.

Unit includes dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig , cookware, utensils , plates, bowls, cups, mugs, glasses , linens, pillows, blankets, towels and Washer and dryer.

Communal swimming pool for guests 5 minutes walk. * Only operating from June till September labour day weekend *

FREE SHUTTLE ( online reservation ) all year round or a pleasant 20 minute walk to the Blue Mountain Village, with shops, restaurants Activities and entertainment.

We do not allow early check in and late check out. Any late check out will result in a late check out fee of $150 and every hour after that is an additional $75. Cleaning time is very crucial for our cleaning lady.

I had an excellent stay. The house was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. The check-in process was incredibly easy and convenient. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. The host was very responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Condo was exactly as advertised! Clean, lots of room to move around and even had 'extra' supplies available for keeping the condo clean while we lived in it :) Instructions for use were very clear and easy to follow and we enjoyed being able to BBQ on the back patio even in winter! Would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Blue Mountain :)

Great place, great location

We had a great time staying here. Great location and a nice property for our family to spend 3 days. The unit was as advertised, and the check in/check out process was simple. The one piece of feedback we'd give is that it would be nice to have some small essential toiletries there like soap for the shower. Other than that, we had a very nice stay. Well hopefully be back!

Condo was clean, well stocked! The children enjoyed the pool and proximity to local attractions. The only negative the pool wasn’t cleaned regularly. Floating debris in the pool and the kiddie wading pool wasn’t open.

Golf getaway

The condo is located on the 15th hole of Monterra golf course. The owner was easy to reach and provided all the details required before arriving at the property, no surprises. The condo is very spacious and well maintained in a very quiet neighbourhood, nice back patio, all furniture and bed was comfortable.

Beautiful Chalet, very clean and inviting. Loved sitting on the extra wide couch right in front of the fire. Very roomy and comfortable. The home came with so many things extras. Jill was quick at responding and was very accommodating. I would recommend this chalet to anyone that wants to get out of the city and relax in a very pleasant setting.

Perfect place any time of year

Couldn’t have been happier with my stay. Checkin was a bit confusing as Welcome letter was only in my VRBO inbox versus email but all was good once I figured it out. Everything was comfortable from beds and linens to sofa and living area. My favourite part was the view out to the back patio, large, green and private. Also loved being on the first floor and parking is right there. It’s around the corner from Scandanave Spa and minutes from a beautiful small beach and Blue Mountain. I’ll be back often.

Fantastic Family Trip

Property was exactly as described. The location is great for families, quiet court, close to the pool. The appliances are new, beautiful and a pleasure to use. The owner was very attentive and helpful, we were contacted shortly after check in, (which was beyond easy), to make sure everything was ok and to see if there were any issues, but then did not disturb us for the rest of our stay. Very clean, despite being listed as pet friendly, it did not smell of pets. We will be looking to book again.
