The studio is ideally located for bike rides or hikes.
A private car park makes parking easy and offers the option to charge an electric vehicle using two charging stations (flat rate).
The studio features an entryway with a closet, a dining area, a sleeping area with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a toilet.
Outside: a terrace and a barbecue. A place to park bicycles.

Fed by the Landes Canal, which flows into the Estey de la Hume, the Port de la Hume is a particularly peaceful place to relax.
Numerous oyster huts, typical of the Arcachon Basin region, add to the area’s unique charm.
Don’t miss the coastal trail under any circumstances.
It starts at the Port de la Hume and goes all the way to the Port de la Mole, taking you on a tour of the seven ports in the town of Gujan Mestras.
It’s an 8.5-kilometer trail through nature that you can enjoy regardless of the tide. The scenery changes throughout the day.
