Brand New Townhouse

Brand new modern townhome with open floor plan. 3 stories with 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths. First floor and third floor bedrooms both have king size beds and large en suite bathrooms. The third floor bedroom has a large walk in closet. The middle floor has the living room, kitchen, dining room and powder room. It is the ultimate place to hangout with a large sectional couch, 75” TV and ping pong table. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, white modern counter tops and a bar with 4 bar stools. Dining area has seating for 6 people. Off of the dining room is a balcony with a BBQ, outdoor couch, fan and string lights. Large Washer/dryer are located on the third floor. The townhouse is located in between Wilton Manors and Flagler Village, with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Renters will be provided with a guide of our favorite places to eat and drink. 2 miles from the beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale.

There is a parking lot behind the townhomes, renters can park 2 cars here. There is a garage but this will not be open to renters.

Fun trip

We had a great time and the place is brand new. The hosts were great and easy to work with. The only downside is the place is in an up-and-coming area. A bit shady and wouldn’t want my kids running around on their own without supervision. The only other issue is it is a haul from the beach with constant traffic. Overall, great trip.

Thanks for the feedback! The area is definitely getting nicer fast. Normally it is between 5-7 minutes from the beach, but unfortunately that gets a little longer during the holidays, around when you stayed, when lots of people are visiting down here.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! GREAT LOCATION, SUPER CLEAN HOME!

I love this home! very clean home with super conscientious hosts, great location to restaurants, shopping and close to the beach. This townhome has a well equipped kitchen, great line area with a fun ping pong table, big TV's , and very comfortable beds. I am regular traveller and these NEW hosts hit the mark on all fronts! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
