Great place at a great price, and you CANNOT beat the awesome sunsets at On Golden Pond #5!

5BR 4BA. Right on the lagoon. Community dock, beach, pool. Carefree days for up to 14, and a great deal too!

On Golden Pond #5, aka OGP5! A wonderful house is located directly on the waterfront of Little Lagoon with easy access to the private community dock, beach, and pool.

Your family or friends will love it here. There is a bedroom on the main level with a queen bed and sofa sleeper. There is an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs, there are four additional bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a king bed and its own whirlpool tub and separate shower.

In addition to the awesome lagoon front features, like the community dock and small beach, access to the Gulf is via the 12th street public access which is a short direct walk up 12th (right next to our Seafoam home!).

Other amenities include televisions, cable, internet, telephone with free domestic long distance, central air, washer/dryer, garbage disposal, and a dishwasher.

No smoking please, but feel free to eat lots of shrimp, bask in the warm sun, and have a great time!

Great location! The views from the house were beautiful and only took us about 10 minutes to get to the beach. The kitchen was stocked well. Plenty of seating for a large group.

We had a wonderful stay at Rick & Susan’s! We had plenty of room too! We didn’t have any issues while we were there and Tick & Susan are wonderful to work with! We would recommend their properties to anyone and will be looking to stay again after Christmas hopefully!

We had a great time!

The house was perfect for having so many different spots to gather in different sized groups for catching up. Also, with an almost 180° view of the bay water behind us, the view was spectacular! Everything was very clean and well kept. Our only disappointment was not getting to be out on the water until the last day due to jellyfish. That was disappointing. We do hope to stay again sometime next year. We'll see what the availability is for each family in January when we know more about everybody's schedules. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for us. It holds good memories for us. We do hope to come back!

We always have a great stay at OGP5, and it's very convenient to eating, drinking and playing. Between the small pool and the ocean there's plenty of water activity. The home is welcoming, we have been there 4 different years now and have always been pleased.

We had a great time. We were able to be with my wife's brothers and sister and their families and we had a great time and had plenty of room. I loved the kitchen and living area on the main floor. We were able to all be together, but not right on top of each other. We had a great trip.

Why they chose this property

My wife's family have traveled to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Alabama for decades. I became a tag along in the late 1990s, so a Gulf Shores guy by marriage. One thing led to another and we ended up a lot of large, family-friendly, large group friendly, places along the Gulf. On Golden Pond #5 is a very nice family-friendly lagoon front home with, for much of the year, the BEST sunsets from the back porches overlooking Little Lagoon. Nice. Comfy. Lots to do with the dock and pool. If you canoe, kayak, or paddleboard, you can drop in right here as well! And a great value too!
