Large enclosed terrace, covered area, extensive view. Garage for 2 vehicles, large unfenced garden, play area, boules set, table tennis, sunbeds. On-site: tour of the farm + sale of farm produce (fruits in season, eggs...). Enclosed park in the village (1,5 km away) with many games for children.
