Composed of an air-conditioned living room with a built-in bed in 140cm and a tv, an equipped kitchen, (oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooking lacquer), a cabin with bunk bed 2 beds in 90cm, a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. Secure common parking. No road to cross to go to the beach . Nearby Shopping Center, restaurants, water activities and public transport. Furnished and equipped for 4 people. Pets not allowed.

- Set of sheets: 15€/ Bed (Flat sheets x2)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 44€ Studio (Free of pet hair)
Two deposit checks are due the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for the apartment and 100€ household deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
